Jon provided me with a truly exceptional home sale experience. My home was outdated and had some challenges, but Jon developed a very creative approach to quickly identify potential buyers. I was under contract in less than a week and for a higher cash-out than I had expected. An unexpected illness made it apparent I needed to downsize quickly. Jon was so understanding and empathetic to my situation that I will always have a deep affection for him. Not only did he sell my house for above asking price (within a day of listing), but he negotiated me leasing the house for 3 months after closing to make sure I had enough time to find a house and move. I was very fearful about the moving part because chemo had zapped all my energy and strength. Jon immediately had is partner in crime Juliannna Kinkade help me to find a home that I absolutely love and she even helped me move!!! I highly recommend them for any and all your Real Estate needs. I'm forever grateful to them both.
