This is my 2nd home that I get to purchase with Dayana. She is my go to real estate agent because she genuinely cares for her clients to find a home they truly love. She was actually the person who gave me a slight push to buy my first investment home in 2021 when the interest rate was super low, so I trust her knowledge and intentions for her clients. We worked with Dayana for over a year to sell our home. We had two distinct experiences with the process. The first was with trying to sell during a time with few buyers so we took the place on and off the market for much of the year but with little solid results. The second was putting it on the market the following year and an offer came almost immediately with a shortened closing timeline.
