Dayana was impressive from start to finish! She and Kim Panozzo met with my husband and I to discuss selling and the presentation was relaxed, informative, encouraging and able to answer every question with confident authority and experience. We never had a moment during the process where we were left wondering what steps were next and were able to reach Dayana via e-mail, or text every step of our short journey. Once we were in “Coming Soon” status, some requests were received for advance showings and Dayana and prospective buyers’ agents scheduled according to our needs and availability with no pressure. The day we went active (two days before Open House) a few showing requests were scheduled and offers received! After two days of multiple showings and offers, we accepted and canceled our Open House! It was the most rewarding partnership to work with Dayana, and we would highly recommend her. A process I saw drag on in my community for others in the same model of home, during the same sales season confirms it’s not just what you list for, but “who you list “with!” I’m celebrating my one-month “Close-a-versary” while other sellers are still sitting contingent! I had extenuating circumstances which required me to lean heavily on Dayana’s availability to go above and beyond to help me navigate the closing, and her willingness and calm demeanor were a lifesaver that I don’t feel any other agent would have responded in kind. She’s just an amazing human, in addition to competent agent. We were truly blessed throughout this entire process!

Dayana was a pleasure to work with! I had so much fun looking at properties with her and she made my whole purchase experience smooth and easy. She was especially great at negotiating with the sellers agents to ensure necessary repairs were made to my home.

I highly recommend Dayana to anyone looking to purchase a property! Samantha was great at communicating and went the extra mile to help us find and purchase. We live in a different State, so her visits and personal videos of houses and neighborhoods were essential.
