Enough could not be said about Colleen and her assistance in the purchase of our home. We are stationed overseas which is complicated in itself but with the help of my sister who lives in the area, Colleen helped make the process seamless. Her knowledge and expertise were extremely valuable and helped guide us in making the right decisions. She was amazing from start to finish. Colleen communicated well with us and seemed to be available anytime we had questions or needed advice. Colleen is the upmost professional, patient, kind, friendly, funny, very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed working with her so much that we will continue to work with her in the near future!

Coleen was very responsive over the phone and also in person. We contacted her through the internet about a house that we did not end up buying but she showed us about 25+ homes to help us make an informed decision. Colleen made herself available to us at all times. She was professional and easy to work with. I think the doc u sign process is still a bit new as their were mistakes and having to send and resend documents during our transaction. Overall I would recommend her services.
