He did not keep his word when a appointment was set between both of us to show up to a closing and later said he expected me to change the day that he needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional and left us with a lot of questions at closing & thankfully the closing agent did more than he did for us at closing.

Sean was the third agent I used in trying to sell my house, and he got it done quickly, for a good price, in a market that is mostly trending towards a buyer's market. There was no comparison between Sean and the other agents I tried. He consistently provided quality and relevant data, both specific to my sale, and in general about the market. It is well worth getting on his email list just for that excellent market info! Sean put way more into the marketing of my property than I experienced from the other agents I tried, and the results reflected his efforts. Sean's process is clearly extremely refined, and it's obvious why his results are so good based on his diligence, experience, and thoroughness. I will use Sean for all of my real estate needs in the future, and highly recommend him to everyone else!
