Cindy Sorey was great from start to finish! She did a thorough inspection of our property, gave us a list of potential improvements to maximize its selling price, listened to our direction on how much we wanted to invest then tailored the list to propose a game plan which we all agreed on. She used her various local vendors to, amazingly, make the improvements within the estimated time frame and budget. She then sold the house for significantly OVER the asking price! She also recommended how to handle the final negotiation points as we closed the deal, which ended up being favorable to us but fair to both parties. I would definitely recommend Cindy Sorey if you want to sell your house!

We've known Cindy Sorey for several years after meeting her at one of her open houses. We'd always been impressed by how the homes were presented and her professionalism, and so when the time came to list ours, Cindy was the obvious choice. She walked us through the entire process, showing us how to prepare our home for sale and providing several vendors to help us. We sold our home quickly and for the FULL asking price. We would thoroughly recommend Cindy Sorey if you want your home SOLD!

Cindy Sorey and her team of professionals made the process as pain-free as possible! She recommended a great gardener, painter and handyman that were fair priced, got the work done in a timely manner and she coordinated all the pre-sale activity, all while we were out of the country. As a result, we sold our home QUICKLY and for $150,000 OVER the asking price! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Cindy if you EVER need to buy or sell a property. She is the one that will get it done!
