Dierdre was a fabulous person to work with. She paid attention to all the details required to getting my home ready to rent. In addition-she tracks the market to know what to charge for rent in an ever changing marketplace. She is highly personable and professional and was a great asset in presenting my home in the best light possible. She helped to arrange cleaning and helped with an extremely smooth tenant transition. I absolutely would not hesitate to use her for future leases or to buy and sell in the future.
