We would have never found our dream home without Heather and her husband Nick! They were patient, attentive and available 24/7! They did a great job showing us multiple homes within our budget, as well as meeting our needs/demands for our family! Heather advocated/fought for us when it came down to negotiation ensuring that we got the absolute best bank for our buck considering market and location. 10/10 would recommend.

Heather was helpful in selling a partially renovated house with us. She was communicative and supportive and I help meet our needs and be firm on negotiations. She was nearby and able to help on site as needed as well. She was kind, made herself available, and helped make the process as smooth as possible as it was not an ordinary sale.
