Dave and team did an amazing job for us. Under promise and over deliver should be their motto! Dave listed our home on Thursday, held open houses on Saturday and Sunday and put home in escrow on Tuesday with above asking multiple offers!! Closed the home 30 days later, thank you Team Dave. This was our second transaction with Dave and the only negative I can think of is that Dave won't be in Arizona should we decide to move again! Excellent professional representation, superb negotiating skills, great communicator, total team support throughout transaction and a really nice guy! Thanks Dave and team!!

It’s never easy saying goodbye to a home that your mother loved but it becomes more challenging when you live out of state. I needed a real estate agent that I could trust. That agent was Dave Walter. He handled everything related to the listing and sale of my mother’s home as if it was his own. He is experienced and very knowledgeable, but it was his unwavering enthusiasm that sold me and it showed in his marketing that included a personal video of him walking through the home. In my absence, I needed someone to handle the little details (i.e. schedule and meet vendors, etc.) When he says “I’ll take care of that for you”….he really does take care of it! AND…his communication is excellent! There was not a call, e-mail or text that went unanswered. I highly recommend The Dave Walter Team with Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc. – you will not be disappointed.

The Dave Walter Team (our experience was mostly with Dave, Soleil and Max) was outstanding. They were all professional, reliable, detail oriented and personable. Whenever we had any questions or concerns they were always available to provide us with quick answers. It was such a pleasure to meet them all and the sale of our home was easy and smooth. Their marketing plan was amazing! I am so glad to have met and worked with them and we highly recommend them!

The Dave Walter Team far exceeded our expectations in terms of attracting the market to our home and reaching a sale price $100,000 over asking with multiple offers. They are amazing at understanding the market and how to best reach them. They hit it out of the park!
