    Selling your home is very stressful and hardly ever fun. Dave Walter’s team has made this process for us as pain free as humanly possible. Everybody on this team has been professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They had incredible communication, and we learned to trust their guidance, which led to an outstanding result in how quickly the condo was sold and the price we got for it.     We reached out to Dave and Max when we returned to Southern California this year. Dave had been our agent when we sold our home in Thousand Oaks a few years ago. In purchasing a new home, we were pleased to have the opportunity to work with Max in addition to Dave. Max was very responsive to our questions at any time we reached out. We had a very short time to lift contingencies and Max ensured that we met all the deadlines. We felt very well represented in our home purchase.

    Dave Walter is the smartest person in the room. Incredibility thankful to have him on our side during the sale and negotiations. From the moment I met Dave at his open house, I knew this was the real estate agent I wanted representing me and my house for sale. He has an aura about him that people gravitate to. Professional, well dressed, likeable and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of selling a house including pricing, staging, and real estate trends. During his open house, potential buyer after buyer knew Dave by name and greeted him with a smile. To no surprise, the house was contingent within a few days and turned out to be a record price for the area. Dave enjoys what he does and it shows by his work ethic. The time he spends with his clients is unmatched. Constant communication and updates. Always felt like we were his number one priority, while knowing how many other clients he represented. What I really appreciated was the care and extra details Dave provided during the sale. Selling a house is stressful and Dave was there to walk us through each step to ensure we got the best outcome. He would call and thoroughly explain the process until we felt comfortable. He would then turn around and represent us with the best outcome always leaving us with the advantage. The incredible lengths Dave would go to ensure this end result, was to show up and meet with the inspectors and appraiser. Didn’t matter the schedule, Dave would show up early and personally introduce himself and secure a fair inspection and appraisal. There are many steps during the sale process a homeowner can lose money on in negotiations or get taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs and Dave won’t let that happen. I got to witness this firsthand as he stepped in and saved us from an experienced buyer looking to drive down the price. In today’s data driven world, Dave has the advantage with his custom advertising plan, extensive analysis, and projections, which sets him apart from the rest of the real estate agents. He comes prepared and has the results to back it up. He sells real estate.

    Dave Walter was phenomenal! I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. This house was destroyed by a flood, and my elderly in-laws had to go to assisted living out-of-state, leaving the house vacant. I also live out of state, so couldn't help much. Due to the difficult situation, we were willing to let the house go at a discount to whomever would just take it off of our hands. But Dave saw the potential in the house, and was willing to work to make sure it brought top dollar. He took care of everything in record time. From arranging to have the kitchen rebuilt, drywall re-installed and painted, choosing and getting installed new flooring throughout the entire downstairs, hiring window cleaners, carpet cleaners, house cleaners, and a pest inspection--he was on top of everything. And he even fronted the cost of all this since arranging payment by my in-laws for these services in a timely manner was a challenge. I can't believe all he did. Now, for the best part. Thanks to Dave's efforts, the house was in demand and his marketing brought in 20 offers within one week of going on the market! The house sold for a solid $200,000 more than it would have had he not arranged all of this work. We are so grateful to Dave. I don't know how he does it--every time I called with a question, he either answered right away or got back to me within an hour or two. And his assistant, Soleil, was always pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable as we worked through challenges signing papers with my in-laws. Such a seamless, effortless (on our part--not on Dave's!) experience. I can't recommend him enough!
