Ricki is a fantastic realtor! Recently worked with her and her team to buy a property in Ventura County, and it was a fantastic experience. Her great personality, intuition, and extensive market knowledge, along dedication, and professionalism greatly exceeded my expectations.  Throughout the process, Ricki demonstrated exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. As a result, saved time and money throughout the negotiations after process. This really put my minds at ease during a stressful time.  What was most impressive, is her commitment, I certainly felt she was on my corner the entire time. She was at the spear-end for all communications efforts and she did not require any prompting. She always knew what was needed and which direction to go with the deal, she had my best interest in mind. I particularly appreciated her and her office staff’s professionalism and expedited responses and generation documents. They did not skip a beat. Greatly appreciated her providing crucial advice to make informed decisions. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Ricki to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive realtor in the Venture Country and surrounding areas. We were THRILLED with Stacey and can't recommend her highly enough. She's super knowledgeable, patient, detail oriented, responsive and communicative. We had a lot of late-night changing of minds, and she handled all of it without losing her cool or just telling us what we wanted to hear. In the end, we found our perfect home at an amazing price, and we give her a ton of the credit for that happening.

We worked with Lydia Gable Realty Group to sell our home recently in Westlake Village. Lydia and her entire team were a real joy to work with. We were on a tight timeline, given a pending move to the East Coast, and with Lydia's help, we managed to find a buyer and close quickly prior to the move, even when the market/ demand was a bit soft. Lydia's many years of experience paid off - her marketing, photos and materials are sharp and effective, and the entire team's customer service orientation was top notch. Given we were dealing with a relocation company/ offer, Lydia's experience working with this situation was also quite valuable, as she guided us through the many complicated aspects of that process. Lydia and her team are top notch. We met Mistie at an open house and were immediately drawn to her engaging personality and professional attitude. She and Lydia worked with us side-by-side through the process of purchasing our new home and selling our old home under stressful personal circumstances. They were kind, flexible and generous with their time and expertise; knowledgable in all of the detailed aspects involved in both transactions.
