Ricki was the most incredible agent. We really hit the jackpot finding her through Zillow! Her acumen on home sales, the current market and her general strategic brain made her a huge asset to us during the process. We quite literally wouldn’t have been able to buy our home without her. Ricki went above and beyond scheduling showings around our schedule. We are having our first baby due 1/5, so Ricki really understood our sense of urgency and jumped through hoops to find us homes in our dream area and price range. When it came to offer time, she helped us really negotiate on a price and educated us every step of the way. We were a contingent buy, which is not always ideal for the seller (and we had issues during the sale of our condo with our buyer). Ricki did such a great job managing holding on to our dream home while we worked through all these issues. She had excellent communication and we received daily updates. Truly we cannot recommend her enough. On a personal note, she even dropped by post close with a beautiful gift for us. She is both kind and professional, making her so easy to work with.
