The way we found Gorden means something to us. My wife and I started looking for a house on a Saturday night, sending out a bunch of requests to see places late at night. Gorden was the first to get back to us and the quickest to set up a showing. By Sunday afternoon, he met us at a house for a tour. That fast response showed us what kind of help he’d give us while we bought our first place. Being new to all this, my wife and I had no clue what we were doing in the real estate game. Gorden walked us through the crazy stuff in the Southern California market—like making tons of offers, getting turned down a lot, and even ending up in bidding wars.
