On the spur of the moment I decided to start looking at houses in Newbury Park. I told Lydia that I probably wasn't going to buy anything for 6 months to a year, so not the ideal candidate. But it didn't matter, Lydia set me up with Jennifer Rogerson and Jennifer was great! She took two full days showing me properties. Once she got an idea of what type of house I was looking for she showed me a bunch of houses in different neighborhoods that fit my criteria and she was spot on with what I was looking for. Well, I just ended up buying a house in the 2 days that I was here! Hard work pays off. Jennifer is a great agent and so nice to work with. She really got to know us and cared about more than just the transaction. Didn't pressure us at all and the transaction went smoothly. Thanks Jennifer!
