Chris did a wonderful job navigating us through the selling process, even as we were in another state. Keeping us informed about open houses, forwarding communication from potential buyers, and being available to answer any of our questions were just some of Chris's professional qualities that made selling my mom's house a much easier process. My husband and I met Yoon during an Open House visit. He is not a typical realtor in the sense that he is very thoughtful in his approach. If he does not know the answer to a particular question, he does not simply venture a guess. He will do his due diligence thorough research and get back to us with the correct answer whether it is good or bad. He does not craft his responses to fit his agenda. He has the integrity to put our needs ahead of his own. The most impressive trait is his follow up after we have already closed escrow on our new home. Most realtors would be busy trying to get the next sale. I was completely surprised by his willingness to go above and beyond in helping me with a wide range of tasks such as finding trustworthy vendors in various trades, asking for discounts on my behalf, setting up and meeting with them if I was not readily available in an effort to get my new house ready for me. He was knowledgeable and helpful in answering a myriad of questions I had. He was responsive all hours of the day and any day of the week. If he was busy, he never failed to return my call at his earliest convenience. In all honesty, he demonstrated a depth of character that I had not expected, but I am so grateful for. Yoon is genuine and sincere. I would not hesitate to work with him, and I would be proud to recommend him to my friends and family.

I recently hired Yoon to lease out my investment property in West LA and it was an outstanding experience overall and yielded a phenomenal outcome. Before listing the home, Yoon took the initiative to suggest and manage all the necessary preparations, including doing minor repairs throughout the property and replacing the flooring. All these were high-ROI repairs and remodels that paid off big. He suggested listing the home at a rental rate that was almost 20% higher than zillow's suggested market rate. I was hesitant at first but I went with it and I am so happy I did. He was able to attract multiple, highly qualified applicants and with his help we secured the perfect tenant on a long term lease at a rental rate that I didn't think I'd be able to get. Throughout the whole process, his communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. He was also very responsive and always dependable. I never had to worry about a thing; he took care of each step, from marketing the property, handling all the private showings to managing the paperwork and screening all the tenants. Yoon truly went above and beyond, treating my property as if it were his own. I highly recommend him to any homeowner who values professionalism, market insight, and a genuine, hands-on approach!
