We had such a great experience working with Claire to find our rental home in OC!! Claire was incredibly responsive, flexible, and truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. She took the time to show us homes outside of normal business hours, on the weekends, at night, making herself available to accommodate our own personal schedules without hesitation. She would also proactively call and work directly with listing agents on our behalf, which made everything move quickly and smoothly. What really stood out was how thorough and knowledgeable she was—she asked all the right questions when it came to our lease, making sure we fully understood the terms and felt confident before moving forward. Throughout our search to even after signing our lease, we always felt supported and well-represented. Purchasing an investment property in Portola Springs with Irvine real estate agent Yoon Lim was truly an outstanding experience. From the very first consultation to closing, he guided us through every step with honesty and transparency, and his prompt communication gave us great confidence throughout the whole process. Yoon went far beyond simply finding a home — the entire experience felt like true white-glove service, with every detail carefully managed. During the most important negotiation process, he was firm and strategic in English with the opposing party, while taking the time to clearly explain every situation to us in Korean. With other Korean agents we’ve encountered, communication in Korean was excellent, but negotiations in English with the opposing side was quite lacking. In that regard, Yoon Lim truly sets himself apart from other Korean speaking real estate agents in Irvine. What impressed us the most is that his service did not end after closing. He personally helped with repairs, managed upgrades, and even introduced us to reliable contractors and handymen so the home could be quickly prepared for rental. He felt less like an agent and more like a true partner. Working with Yoon Lim on the sale of my Irvine property was an excellent experience from start to finish. Even in a challenging market, Yoon’s strong negotiation skills helped secure a final sale price that was over $100,000 higher than comparable homes sold around the same time. I was also staying overseas throughout the process, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making it completely stress-free. Communication was always clear, honest, and very responsive, which gave me great peace of mind. It's hard to find a Korean speaking realtor that is also perfectly fluent in English, but Yoon made it extremely easy for us to communicate with him in Korean while effectively handling negotiations with the opposing party in English. Yoon truly delivers results, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Irvine!

My goodness. Is there a more incredible realtor out there?? We genuinely feel like we won the lottery by having Claire represent us as an agent. We truly appreciate having her by our side through it all. From the very beginning, she has been patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has taken the time to explain each step in a way that made us feel included and informed, rather than overwhelmed. Buying a home is exciting, but if I’m being honest, it’s also a little nerve-racking! There are so many unknowns, so many decisions to make, and so much to learn. But every time we talked to Claire, we felt those nerves ease a bit. She really does have a way of making the complicated parts feel manageable and the stressful parts feel less intimidating. What we appreciate most is how genuinely invested she is in helping us find the right fit and giving us not only "agent Claire" advice but also "friend Claire" advice. At some point in the home searching process, we felt hopeless that we would never find the right fit, but Claire stepped it up big time and literally found us our dream home. She played such an integral role in helping us move into this next, new, exciting phase of our lives as homeowners!
