When I met Jennifer Matsumoto, my father had passed away a few months before. He was over 100 years old, and he had lived in the same house in Tustin Meadows for over 50 years. The house needed a lot of work, including electrical and plumbing work, new cabinetry, new carpet, and new bathrooms. Thankfully, Jennifer Matsumoto came to the rescue. Jennifer had great connections with local contractors, who did the work well and in a cost-effective and timely manner. Jennifer was effectively the general contractor, which was a huge blessing because I live about 2 hours away. Jennifer had the rehab work done when she said she would. She was honest, very competent, and she was spot on in her pricing and timing of the market. If you want an excellent real estate broker who knows her stuff and is great to work with, especially in the Tustin area, then I highly recommend going with Jennifer Matsumoto. Also, her team's skill in staging was awesome.
