We've worked with Debbie twice in the past several years, once to buy a condo, and again to sell the same condo in 2024. It was a great experience working with Debbie both as buyers and as sellers. Debbie is very strategic and extremely knowledgeable about the Irvine market. She is also very organized and a great communicator. As buyers, we appreciated the listings Debbie brought to us and her guidance in making an offer, going through the inspection process, and navigating escrow. As sellers, Debbie organized the staging, had amazing photos and video taken, and kept us informed about all offers and the escrow process from the other side. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, but having Debbie in your corner makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

We looked at the house, we applied and were denied the lease with no explanation, even though we met the requirements. A couple days later, the house was rented. The agent did not reply to me or my husband about the reasons for the rejection, and a couple of days later, the rental ad reappeared and is still showing. She may be a good real estate agent, but the rental house thing was really ugly. P.S. We rented another nice house in the end, not from this agent.

This was our second Irvine home sale with Debbie Sagorin in less than two years. Having interviewed a number of agents before we finally settled on her, we truly believe she’s among the best O.C. has to offer. Debbie is very personable, conscientious, organized, hardworking and highly-communicative. She prepares you for and keeps you abreast of everything going on in your transaction from beginning to end. Best of all, she has a knack for finding the right buyer and negotiating a great outcome - maximizing the dollars you end up with at the end of the sale process. In fact, both of our Woodbridge homes sold at record dollar amounts for their types (condominium and single family dwelling) at the time of each sale. Debbie is the best real estate agent I have worked with. In this sellers’ market where buying a home is very stressful, she quickly made us feel at ease and helped us all through the process. Here are two best things about working with her: 1) Communication is her strength. All through the buying process, if I had any problem, I could contact her and she was immediately available through text and phone to help us. 2) Another unique quality is that once you work with her, she is your friend and real estate agent for life. After closing, I contacted her for reference on various updates that I needed or to get advice on various things, being a new home owner, she always replied and helped us. In short I feel she embodies the true service that a real estate agent needs to provide.
