This was our second Irvine home sale with Debbie Sagorin in less than two years. Having interviewed a number of agents before we finally settled on her, we truly believe she’s among the best O.C. has to offer. Debbie is very personable, conscientious, organized, hardworking and highly-communicative. She prepares you for and keeps you abreast of everything going on in your transaction from beginning to end. Best of all, she has a knack for finding the right buyer and negotiating a great outcome - maximizing the dollars you end up with at the end of the sale process. In fact, both of our Woodbridge homes sold at record dollar amounts for their types (condominium and single family dwelling) at the time of each sale. Debbie is the best real estate agent I have worked with. In this sellers’ market where buying a home is very stressful, she quickly made us feel at ease and helped us all through the process. Here are two best things about working with her: 1) Communication is her strength. All through the buying process, if I had any problem, I could contact her and she was immediately available through text and phone to help us. 2) Another unique quality is that once you work with her, she is your friend and real estate agent for life. After closing, I contacted her for reference on various updates that I needed or to get advice on various things, being a new home owner, she always replied and helped us. In short I feel she embodies the true service that a real estate agent needs to provide.

As first time homebuyers, we were very fortunate to run into Debbie at an open house. We immediately felt like we could trust Debbie and her experience in real estate. We met up again the next week for a buyer consultation where Debbie answered all our questions and led us through the step-by-step process involved in buying a home so we knew exactly what to expect. In the crazy market this summer, we definitely questioned whether it was even possible to buy a home, but Debbie had our backs the whole time. She was always quick to respond and keep us in the loop, and on the look-out for potential properties.
