Working with Debbie Sagorin and her team is an exceptional experience, she is your one-stop person for all things related to the ultimate real estate transaction. We recently sold our home with Debbie after just ten days on the market!! Six years ago we used her services to buy the same home. The experience was so good we came back, both times Debbie was utterly professional and personable, she invested her time to understand our needs, whilst keeping a respectful space for us to work out our personal plans during what is considered to be one of the most stressful life events, buying and/or selling our family home. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about the property market, knows all the important information and gets a A+ for doing her homework on price point, timing of sale, sale procedures, and connecting with the right people to drum up interest in the sale. Without a doubt, the final product produced by Debbie’s team which included the 3d tour, drone and walkthrough video, social media and print marketing, sealed the deal before many viewers even came to a viewing. People were treated to professional catering and drinks during the open house weekend. The attention to detail during the viewings and welcoming of viewers was second to none. No one knows more about the communities, the different floorplans, the market, timing, and the game of buying and selling properties. We were fortunate to buy, sell, and buy again with Debbie. I would like to share our home selling experience we had with Debbie Sagorin. We had heard for many years that she was an excellent agent, and in fact that’s true. Debbie gave us wonderful advice and guided us through a home remodel in preparation for our listing. The marketing of our home was effective, as she knows our area very well. She took care of the staging, the drone, and the 3-D tour which were all professional quality. Communication was on point as we were always able to get a quick response from her, and we trusted her completely, especially given the fact that we had moved out of the area.
