One of the best decisions we have made in 2022 was hiring Jacqueline Thompson to SELL our home! Jacqueline set out to exceed our expectations, and she went above and beyond our expectations. We are ecstatic with her services! Jacqueline will be the only real estate agent that we will refer to our family and friends.   When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed six agents. Once we met with Jacqueline, we felt very comfortable and at ease with her in-depth market knowledge, understanding of the specific buyer pool FOR Shady Canyon and her pulse on the market. She gave us information that the other agents did not know since they did not intimately work in Shady Canyon as Jacqueline does.   She was able to help professionally stage our home to attract qualified buyers, generate multiple offers, and ultimately negotiated the best price for us with an all-cash buyer and a quick close of escrow. Jacqueline Thompson and her group is the best Real Estate Agent / representatives for Shady Canyon, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Irvine area. Jacqueline truly understands the market. She went out of her way to help both buyers and sellers. I just recently have a chance working with Jacqueline on an over $12M property. We have bought and sold many homes in the past 30 years and Jacqueline stands out as the most professional, knowledgeable, and nicest realtor we have ever met. When you hire her, you are hiring her TEAM of professionals not just one salesperson. Selling a high-end home requires a significantly different approach than that used for lower end homes. The agent has to really understand all about the current market dynamics because what worked six months ago is not going to be relevant today. Jacqueline was able to advise us how to update and stage our home and she has an excellent network of contractors who were able to do the work required at not just a very reasonable price but were able to complete the work quickly. Once she is hired, her team is always available and willing to help, and her contacts and network of clients are unsurpassed and priceless especially when you are dealing with International buyers. Jacqueline’s results and reputation speak for themselves and there is no doubt that we would not have sold our home in Shady Canyon this last year without her, especially in this difficult market.

Jacqueline Thompson is the highest quality realtor one can find. Her overall knowledge, exposure, and expertise to the largest mid-area of Orange County is a very rare finding. She was able to sell our home in Shady Canyon for an extremely high price in 2007 when no one else could. She also sold us our home afterwards for a very reasonable price for three times the house we had before. I would ONLY recommend Jacqueline Thompson as she is brilliant in her widespread, longterm practice. Cindy & Michael Furst
