May and Charlie were excellent partners working with us to find the perfect house. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. Since we were out of town, they spent extra time to provide facetime and video showings. They were a pleasure to work with. We are currently working with them on another property. Great team!!

Amanda went above and beyond helping us prepare—and stage—our mother’s condo for sale as me and my siblings live out of State. Amanda and her team had a lot to coordinate for us in our behalf, including working in the spirit of partnership with a very strict condo board, painting and carpeting companies and an estate sale company. A LOT was put on Amanda’s plate and she attended to everything with a smile on her face. During the condo prep and sales process, Amanda and her assistant Krissy communicated with us every step of the way. The process went very smoothly and we got an offer within 6 days of the condo being on the market. The closing happened seamlessly as well. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team!

We had an excellent experience with Charlie and May and could not recommend them highly enough, especially if you are looking in Loudoun County. They live in the area and are true members of the community. Almost every house we looked at they knew somebody who lived on the same street. They were very patient and communicative with us, saw as many (or few) houses as we wanted, and dealt with some of our indecisiveness. They hit the perfect balance of letting us make our own decisions but would give their opinions when asked or the situation called for it (some realtors will always just say "it doesn't matter what I think"). We also got to see several houses before they went on the market due to their connections, which was incredibly valuable, yet were always supportive of us when we passed on making offers. They also had a good sense of what owning a house is like, costs to make certain upgrades / repairs, and a general sensibility. In a very competitive market, they had some excellent bid strategies that we were unfamiliar with which served us very well. This helped us get our house at list price, which was unheard of in our market. They stayed close to the process through and after closing, and anytime we’ve needed recommendations for things in the area they have been quick to help. We would consider Charlie and May to not only be trusted realtors, but friends. You are in great hands with this team.

Charlie and May Witt of NOVA Home Hunters Realty are the quintessential realtor team. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Loudoun County. They listened carefully to what kind of house and lot we were looking for and provided suggestions that fit our criteria. May was very responsive to our questions and constantly kept us informed. She showed us many houses that met or exceeded our requirements. She did research to answer our questions regarding the characteristics of the neighborhoods and how future construction near the houses we were interested in could impact our purchase. Charlie was very helpful by sharing honest assessments of the quality of workmanship and specific issues regarding the condition and attributes of numerous houses we toured. He was very knowledgeable and shared his ideas on what changes could be made. They were also able to make recommendations for internet, propane service, internet and TV providers in the area. Whether we called, texted or emailed them, they were quick to respond. Finally, when we found the house of our dreams, everything from making the offer to the final closing went very smoothly. They are a very hard working team that was a real pleasure with which to work. There is no need to look any further for real estate agents. They are the best!
