Mercedes was friendly, accessible and very knowledgeable about local real estate. We were buying from out of state. She was honest, and realistic about the process in Shepherdstown. We were very pleased with her representing us. She offered to go to the house since we were out of town when I needed measurements on something. We had been trying to sell our 3.5 acre lot in WV for over 12 years with a local broker/neighbor/friend but got nowhere. Listed it with Jill and sold it in 4 months! Jill did everything right--listing it in MLS and advertising it smartly. She was always responsive and knowledgeable. We have another property in WV to sell this spring, and we are definitely going to list it with Jill.
