From the beginning, working with Renee has been an exceptional experience. She routinely goes above and beyond, providing a level of service that is truly uncommon. In purchasing our Virginia home, she did everything a realtor should do—and then some—handling details thoughtfully, anticipating issues before they arose, and making what could have been a stressful process feel well managed and supported. When we made our offer, there were two other offers on the property that same day. Renee’s guidance was invaluable in helping us understand what would matter most in structuring a strong final offer, and her insight played a key role in ours being the one that was accepted. This was a truly unique property—one with attributes we knew we would not find again at the same price point—so her counsel made an enormous difference. Not only did she help us buy our home, she also researched, spoke with, and carefully recommended the best realtor to sell our house 300 miles away. Renee was excellent to work with! She was very good to our family and helped us find our house in no time! It was our first house so she made the process very smooth and less stressful then I thought It was going to be. Her communication was great and she made sure that we got our wants and needs. Would definitely use her again if needed in the future :)

This is now my second home I have purchased with Renee and recommend her for anyone that will listen. This go round was just as effortless as the first on my end. My family and I were on a time crush with international travel for the summer and Renee was able to get all my appointments, inspections and paperwork scheduled and completed prior to us leaving. I was notified while abroad that I was cleared for closing and returned to a smooth transition with all parties. She also loves on my kiddos like no ones business :) Couldn't thank her enough.
