She was great to work with and responded within a very short time to my questions and concerns. She works with a great photographer who took great pics of my house along with a drone video of the outside. She has lived and worked in this area for a long time so she knows the area well. She is a very knowledgeable realtor. I would highly recommend.

Traci is amazing! I couldn’t not have asked for a better realtor. She was with me every ste of the way from start to finish. She was key when working with the builder to get the perfect final built home.

Cindy Lee is the essence of both professional and personable. My husband and I cannot sing her praises enough. We came to the area for a visit in May 2020 and she immediately set up some showings for us. We were shocked it could be done so quickly. While we didn't find what we wanted at that time, we continued to stay in touch w/Cindy and in July, we placed an offer on a house from Alabama. Cindy facilitated EVERY single detail, she negotiated the offer and counter, took care of all the inspection details since we were not local, she recommended a local mortgage broker who was amazing as well as a title company for closing. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Strasburg, Winchester, Front Royal area, she is YOUR go to. You won't get better customer service anywhere.

Traci was truly my advocate in the selling of my home. She had my interests at heart and with the adding 'complication' of me having moved out of the area prior to my home selling, she went above and beyond to ensure things were handled expertly and quickly in absence. I felt like I was in 'good hands' with her handling things on my behalf, and the trust that was built over this process was a huge comfort to me. You won't find a more competent, knowledgeable realtor who really works FOR you and WITH you.
