Casey helped us sell our house in Northern Virginia in early 2025. We had a very good experience with him and our house had multiple offers above asking price within a day of being on the market. Casey's recommendations for updating and staging the property almost certainly made it sell faster and yielded higher offers for us. We were selling a property that had been a rental for a year prior to the sale, and it required some work to get it ready. Casey managed that process expertly and it certainly paid off in the higher offers we received.  When an issue with our HOA became an obstacle to the sale, Casey also worked with the buyer and buyer's agent on our behalf to come up with a solution and kept everything on track so we were able to proceed with a quick-turn closing date that worked in our favor, and he remained involved on our behalf after closing as well. During the preparation time prior to the sale, he checked in with us regularly, brought us a lot of data, and provided us with a clear and expeditious path forward for our sale. We were grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him.

It's been a frigid winter and today was truly the first taste of spring. I'm thinking back to this time last year when I was selling our family home and all of the anxiety and chaos that comes with that enterprise. We were talking with different agents and getting lots of conflicting advise about repairs, pricing, etc. It was stressful. Before we made any decisions we were lucky enough to meet Mr. Casey O'Neal and then our Real Estate experience went from one of worry and dread to a very smooth well organized plan. Arlington is a tricky market. Even now it's unclear to me why some properties sell in a weekend and others just sit, sit, sit. Casey understands this market and has decades of experience in Northern VA real estate . He's developed his own method and was able to sell our home ( in what seemed like less than a week, honestly ) for substantially more than we thought we would get. Casey is knowledgeable, low-key, kind, always returned our calls (usually same day) and was a joy to work with. Casey really had our interests at heart and it was smooth sailing from staging to settlement. I wholeheartedly recommend Casey O'Neal and the Compass team.

I highly recommend Casey --he helped me sell a house (duplex) that I had been renting out. The weekend after it listed, he held an open house and we had 2 offers with an escalation clause on Monday. It sold for almost $15k over asking! Casey had been super helpful fixing the house up and practically did all of that work himself--he recommended contractors, took primary responsibility for arranging the work with them and met them at the house when they did work. I was nervous about the sale and he was kind and patient. We knew Casey from when we bought our house 8 years ago and he's been a helpful resource for us ever since -- we frequently ask him for recommendations for good contractors in various areas. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and in particular about the Barcroft neighborhood.

Casey knew the Arlington neighborhoods inside and out and pointed us to a great house we would have overlooked. When the process hit some pitfalls he had various home professionals lined up ASAP and was very reassuring and helpful. Would definitely recommend him for home buying in Arlington!
