Casey O’Neal was just wonderful! We were a ‘difficult case’ as we are in the process of transitioning into retirement. Casey was ‘spot on’ with advice without pressure when we were just exploring our options and timeline for selling. He provided us with contractors at reasonable cost for some upgrades needed for a successful sale as replacing old carpet with newer flooring, staging, etc. He was very attentive and monitored the improvements for us that were being done to the house. The process and timeline were all set well. Our listing price was perfect: set reasonably but open for competitive bidding; we accepted a generous offer above list within a day of open house. All through the process, Casey was professional, perfect with communications and a pleasure to work with. This was a great house sale experience and we highly recommend Casey.

She is solely responsible for discovering our current family home in Falls Church and flawlessly executing the opportunity for us to buy. We recently sold a home in Arlington with the help of Casey and his team. Casey also helped us buy this house 30 years ago. After our kids left the nest a few years ago, we started out to realize our lifelong dream of living on the waterfront. We contacted Casey again, explained our wishes, and received a lot of helpful tips to prepare the house for sale based on the market trends in Arlington. At that time, however, waterfront homes were a complete seller's market as more people started working from home. While we continued our efforts to find a perfect future home, Casey patiently kept us informed of the housing market trends. When we finally found the new house and bought it in June, we needed to sell our Arlington house very quickly. The skill that Casey displayed was nothing short of spectacular. While he respected my personal feelings towards the Arlington house, which I had cherished for many years, he gave us advice on a realistic price range and kept us focused. He presented a tight but practical plan for us including the days of putting the house on the market, showings, open houses, selection of the offer, moving out, and the settlement. He nicely put together the listing with description, photos, and video, then he advertised the house effectively. Everything happened as he planned. We received multiple offers, and a buyer was decided within a week after the house went on the market. What was most reassuring to us during this understandably stressful process was knowing that we had a knowledgeable professional who could promptly give us advice whenever we needed it. We recently sold a house with Casey and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We live overseas and had rented out our house for the past 5+ years to a series of tenants. We upfront told Casey that a) we wanted to sell the house with as little hassle as possible, and b) we wanted to get the best price possible. Now, generally those are two things are mutually exclusive. However, Casey managed to make it happen! In addition to serving as the listing agent, he planned, organised, and oversaw $50k+ of renovations to a home that was in need of some “deferred maintenance” (to put it mildly). He identified what what work would net a better price and what wasn’t worth the time/money, found excellent contractors, and kept close tabs on the work. If he wasn’t already a real estate agent, he could certainly have a second career handling home renovations! Once the renovation work was done, he stepped into the traditional agent role, handling staging, setting a sensible price, tracking prospects, and negotiating with potential buyers. At the end, we had the house under contract at great price about a week after hitting the market. Casey was always calm, patient, and knowledgeable in our interactions—and we weren't always the easiest clients to work with, what with the time difference and always a bit of disorganisation on our part (sorry, Casey!). Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Casey is extremely knowledgeable on the Arlington market and this worked well for me in getting my asking price. His advice on preparing my unit for sale and suggesting the retail price was invaluable. He was meticulous about every detail, but with a relaxed manner that puts you at ease. He kept in constant touch with me; every step of the process was transparent. I would definitely work with Case again.
