I've known Carolynn for nearly 20 years. I remember telling her, someday, I'd be ready to buy a home. Life happened, but we always kept in touch. When my wife and I were truly ready, I was grateful to connect with Carolynn and tell her: "It's time." Carolynn and her team were so helpful and my wife and I experienced NONE of the escrow nightmare stories that folks have. As blessed as my wife and I are to be first-time homeowners, we were equally as blessed to have a friend, partner and advocate in Carolynn.

Carolynn has helped us sell both our home and Julie's dad's home a few years ago. After our first experience we knew that she was the perfect realtor to market our house. Carolynn is very in tune with the neighborhoods she represents and is aware of the changing market here in Orange County. She knew exactly what our house needed to get it sold and assisted us every step of the way from getting repairs and rehab done to staging and showing the house. We highly recommend Carolynn ! As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and required guidance throughout the process. Carolynn helped us understand the home buying process and was very patient in answering all our questions. She was always very responsive and accompanied us as we looked at a number of homes. Carolynn would always come prepared with all the required information about a particular home and shared her honest professional opinion. Finally, when we did find the right home, Carolynn's process expertise was evident. She helped us step by step through the process and was there for us all the way. Overall, Carolynn was great and we highly recommend her.

Carolynn sold our house in Orange in less than a month (with multiple offers.) She knew exactly what buyers were looking for when buying a home and helped us get our house ready to sell. If you are looking for a realtor who will get your home SOLD and not sit on the market, than Carolynn is the realtor to do it. I highly recommend Carolynn to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their home.
