I don’t know how I can possibly leave a review without telling the entire remarkable story, because whenever I think about it, I still can’t believe we pulled this whole thing off so fast. My husband and I were heading out of state to look at real estate near our family, and we met with Kathy to discuss the value of our home so we would know what price range to look at. While on our trip we found our dream home, but the morning after we got back, my husband never woke up. Soon after, still wanting to go ahead with the move, I talked to Kathy and she came right over and advised me on the most important things I could do to sell my home fast, because time was of the essence if I still wanted the house we had fallen in love with. Now this was a huge undertaking, as we were original owners and had lived there for 42 years, accumulated a ton of clutter, an attic full of stuff, and most everything to the house was original, including the carpet, the A/C, the garage door, you get the idea. Kathy and both of her charming realtor sons, Eric and Ryan, spent countless hours helping me box up things, move furniture out to the garage, rearrange what was left, and they even brought in a stager and a gardener to help make my raggedy home look & feel like a 5 star penthouse suite. It was so beautiful and relaxing that I almost wanted to stay. Just like that it was ready for the listing photos and drone video. At this point, the Leimkuhler Group still hadn’t even had me sign a contract. That’s how special they are. They are so kind, caring, trustworthy and professional in every aspect of their business. All three of them feel like family. They held an open house the following weekend and we had multiple offers just as Kathy had anticipated. We had offers well over asking price, and accepted an offer in just 9 days with a 3 week escrow! But wait, that’s not all. They made me up a great Estate Sale Flyer, advertised it, put up signs and the three of them helped me put up canopies and move my heavy garage sale items out. They also came back to move out some big items to the curb for donation right before I moved out. Whatever I needed, they were there within minutes all the way through the selling process. The icing on the cake was the phone call I got from Kathy as I was on the road to my new home – she said, “Congratulations! Escrow has closed on your sale and you are now officially homeless.” And yes, escrow also closed on my out of state dream home the following day. Every single step of my home sale just easily slipped into place without a hitch. Kathy even reached out to my out of state realtor several times during this process to advise and help her with all the tips and tricks that make Kathy such a great realtor. This just goes to show that with the right team and God on your side, miracles do in fact happen. I’ll be forever grateful for all three of you, Julie Wade

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kathy, Eric & Ryan are a complete full-service team that guided me every step of the way so I didn’t have to worry about anything. They are very tech savvy, are always thinking ahead, & go above & beyond in all facets of the process. They facilitated & marketed an estate sale for me, helped out on move day, & were ALWAYS available when I needed them. Could NOT have done this without them & feel so lucky to have had them in my corner for the third time!

My wife and I had to move out of state rather suddenly. Because we had had such a great experience with Kathy and Eric Leimkuhler in the past, we turned to them again for some help. They came through in a major way! The Leimkuhlers put their expertise to work for us: they were able to sell our house very quickly for a price that was significantly higher than what we thought we could get. We trusted them in a crucial moment in our lives, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Kathy and Eric picked the exact right moment to put the house on the market, and as they predicted we had two competing offers within a week of listing. By following their skillful guidance, we got even higher counter-offers and settled on the best one. During the escrow process, we had a big hiccup that almost derailed the deal; but of course, Kathy and Eric saved the day! The routine inspection revealed that our garage door had not been permitted with the city. Even though the door had been installed decades before we had even bought the house, it was still our responsibility to fix the situation. The city inspector told us we might have to tear out the door and make it into a wall, which would have been absurd. During this whole process, my wife and I were both out of state already. Kathy and Eric did everything to get us through this stressful situation. They met with the city inspector multiple times at our garage; they coordinated with a contractor to show that the door was structurally sound; they prepared documents for the very detailed permitting application. Then, Kathy and Eric even personally went all the way to City Hall and met with the city building permits department and charmed them into approving a permit for our garage door! When Kathy and Eric called me on speaker phone when they were leaving City Hall, I almost wept with gratitude. They had worked a miracle to save the day! Kathy and Eric Leimkuhler are experts at buying and selling houses; and they will go above and beyond to get the job done. I am grateful to them for their hard work, kindness, and generosity. I highly recommend them to help you with your house!

Kathy, Eric, and the Leimkuhler Group were fantastic to work with! We truly believe that we would not have gotten the results we did if not for them. When we first met, they laid out a strategy to sell our family home of many years, and they followed through on that plan and helped us sell for a record-breaking price! They were extremely professional, available, willing to answer questions, and prepared. One of the most important things was that they were very focused on doing everything they could for our listing, including marketing, negotiating, and working behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly, and it showed! Our home sold for a spectacular price that was higher than we could have ever imagined, and they worked to get us 2 months to stay in our house for free in order to give us time to move. We could not be happier with their work. If you want to sell your property, look no further than the Leimkuhler Group! You will not be disappointed!

Kathy and Eric Leimkuhler are one of the best, most amazing realtor teams with whom we have ever worked. We were on the selling end of the transaction and they kept us informed and educated about the process, communicated about what to expect, and overall were so professional, honest and kind that I cannot recommend them enough. We hired them to do what they do…then we got out of their way. We let them be the professionals, we took their advice about pricing and staging, and sat back and watched the magic happen. We had 80+ (prequalified) showings in one weekend, over 40 offers, and sold our 1800 sg. ft.home for $1.435m ($400K over the initial asking price). Our sale actually set a record in our neighborhood and I am convinced it is because we used the Leimkuhler team. I am NOT a real estate professional, and we relied upon their expertise, years of experience in the business and we are so happy that we did.
