Kathy and her group including Eric and Ryan Leimkuhler, gave us top notch representation as a seller, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Their knowledge and expertise of the real estate market, prior sales history, and many years in the real estate business is what sold us on them. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to achieve a timely sale of our beloved home of 42 years. With accurate pricing of our listing, we were able to have three solid offers in just 2 days after listing. The Leimkuhler Group assisted with beautiful staging of the home and gorgeous photography that was nothing less than top notch. Their advertising of our listing was broad based on multiple online listing sites and in high quality print media to targeted buyers. We can’t recommend Leimkuhlers enough! Ryan, Kathy, Eric, and the team really went above and beyond. When we decided it was time to find our forever home in the Yorba Linda High School district, we wanted work w/ someone we could trust, and we knew Ryan from his time as our son’s teacher at Heritage Oak as being incredibly competent and just a great person. We were so fortunate to have Kathy, Eric and Ryan guiding us, first in buying our home, and perhaps more importantly in selling our long time family home. I’m not sure how we would have managed without their expertise. They were always available to walk us through any questions or concerns, and there were many! Any advice came with an understandable explanation. Their knowledge and positive attitude was priceless during what could be an overwhelming time.
