Brennan was recommended to us by a close friend and we couldn't of been luckier. He stuck with us for over 6 months until we found exactly what we were looking for with our entry point as first time home owners. We had to back out of our first accepted offer because of an easement issue. Thanks to Brennan he took the time to research every angle to make sure we didn't make a huge mistake. Brennan knew how to work diligently with sellers but made sure we closed only when it was the right fit for our buy box and our vision. We loved that he never rushed us and always let us take time to see how we felt before making our biggest decision yet. He genuinely cared about us and we didn't know how much having his experience and support was essential to buying a home in todays market. On top, he saved more money than we expected during the negation process that we can now afford to build an ADU to extend on the property. He is very attentive and proactive, sending listings and providing details of open houses that fit our appetite before they even come to market.
