Lars helped me purchase a house in Fullerton. He is smart, savvy, and has a good understanding of the local market. We worked together for well over a year during a hot market. He was professional throughout the entire process from the initial search to the final signing. I found him to be forthright about the pros and cons of any given property; I never got the sense that he was trying to sell me a house that wasn’t a good fit. Since I was planning to remodel whichever house I purchased, I very much appreciated his ability to think in terms of remodeling possibilities. He is also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Following his guidance we got more than we thought possible. He is super knowledgeable of the Orange and Tustin areas and honest when it came to the work a house would need and hidden costs we didn’t think about. Other real estate agents also said he was good to work with.
