Couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Bill to help us with our first home purchase! Bill walked us through every step in the process, was always quick to respond to our questions (even late at night lol), and explained everything in great detail. He was knowledgeable and educational, and offered plenty of advice to ensure the process was smooth, that we stayed away from red flags, and that we were happy! His experience also elevated this process for us by his phenomenal recommendations including referring us to a lender, and even contractors to help with house repairs immediately after closing. Buying a house is an emotional journey, and we are so thankful we had Bill to help every step of the way.

What can I say? This hometown boy was the best realtor I could have hoped for. Bill helped us sell my 93-year-old step-dad's place - a place which came complete with its own set of 50 year old attractions and distractions. In addition to being an amazing selling agent, he was also a part-time handyman and occasional therapist. Bill even recommended a company for a successful estate clean out. I credit Bill for negotiating the best selling price possible, and for helping me to wade through the other offers and the sale negotiations. I appreciate his guidance in talking me off the edge when I wanted to give away the ranch towards the end. I can't recommend Bill more. He's an expert negotiator and at what he does. After all, isn't that what any of us selling a home really wants? Just call him.
