Bill definitely looked out for my best interest. He knew what a huge responsibility purchasing a new hime was and wouldn’t let me settle for just anything. He was always responsive and available for my multiple questions. He used his experience and expertise to get me a good deal based on my criteria when looking for a home. Very grateful for his time, patience, genuine help and honesty.

Bill is amazing!! Helped us find and consider properties from Long Beach, LA, Whittier, La Habra, Orange County, and Pomona where we found our forever home! His decades of experience, knack for navigating sellers/agents, and keen eye for indicators of the "real" condition of a house were each critical to us making the right offer on the right house while avoiding several overpriced lemons. His ability to negotiate alone saved us at least $40K on the overall cost of our home. Very thorough, very responsive, and pays attention to the important details—with Bill, were in great hands the whole way. When we look to buy our next property, it's not even a question, we will absolutely be going with Bill Caiazzo as our realtor again!

We had the pleasure of working with Bill Caiazzo during our home buying journey, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Bill's expertise and attention to detail were instrumental in helping us navigate the complexities of purchasing an older 1940s home in Norwalk. We connected with Bill through a program our Credit Union has, and started talking about our homebuying options in early November. Though we had bought a purchased a condominium in the past, we were a bit anxious at the prospect of building a single family home. Bill sat with us and explained what options we had, and was a consistent presence by phone and by text as we worked out what exactly we wanted in a home. We decided to look at homes mainly in the southeast Los Angeles county region, specifically looking at homes in Long Beach, Norwalk, and some of the nearby cities. We put a few offers on homes in Norwalk, and though we didn't initially have our offers accepted, Bill helped us make a strong and reasonable offer that was eventually accepted when the other buyer eventually fell through. One of the highlights of working with Bill was his invaluable assistance with the home inspection and also in negotiating repairs. As first-time owners of a single-family home, we were initially overwhelmed by the prospect of addressing the various issues that arose during the inspection. Bill took the time to thoroughly review the inspection report with us and prioritize getting experts in the home to identify what were needed repairs. He also worked tirelessly to negotiate with the sellers on our behalf, ensuring that we received fair and reasonable concessions towards the repairs. Throughout the process, Bill was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. (He even helped us with some questions and concerns in the weeks since!) His professionalism and dedication to advocating for our best interests were truly exceptional. We are so grateful to have had Bill as our Realtor, and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of real estate services. Bill did a great job working with us in selling and purchasing a home. We had not gone through the process of selling or buying for over 30 years and were very unsure of many steps. We asked Bill many questions throughout and he knew exactly what to do and replied very rapidly. He also gave us different options on negotiations which were very helpful. If we have any friends or family looking to buy or sell, we will definitely recommend him.
