It was an absolute pleasure to work with Caroline. We have had frustrating experiences in the past, but she came highly recommended from the realtor who sold our house, so we were hopeful for a positive experience. Caroline checked all the boxes, and then some. She has local knowledge and connections, so she was able to make recommendations for a landscaper, painter, and other services we were looking for. She has excellent negotiation skills, and worked with the seller to make some necessary changes to the terms and conditions of the contract. Caroline would always return our calls and emails the same day, which many times were well into the evening. We were very impressed with her responsiveness and would highly recommend Caroline. In fact, we have recommended her several times to friends and acquaintances who were starting the process to purchase a home.

My situation was little different than others, I had to sell it quick and need to stay 29 days after closing. She understood situations and made it happened. I'm living in my old house now until I move out on 31 Aug.

Caroline is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. She is the best agent that I have ever worked with, she gets back to me timely and answers all my questions. She made my condominium look so wonderful that I didn’t want to sell it!
