We can't recommend Annaliese Quisisem with Ajility Real Estate enough. We've worked with her twice-buying homes in Petaluma and Rohnert Park-and both experiences were great. She's knowledgeable, experienced, well-connected, and really knows the local market. Communication was always clear and easy. If you're thinking about buying or selling, Annaliese is a fantastic person to have on your side!

I had the luck to choose, and the pleasure to work with Annaliese Quisisem of Ajility Real Estate. She helped me simultaneously sell my old home and purchase a new one. Annaliese is a true professional--highly competent, diligent, persistent, and personable. She is a strong negotiator and an excellent communicator, listening to my needs and wishes, answering all of my questions, and working with me to plan and implement a successful strategy to achieve the transactions I hoped for. I highly recommend Annaliese to anyone buying or selling a house in Petaluma or the surrounding area.

Annaliese probably showed us around 50 homes in the 5 times we flew to Windsor, CA before moving here this month. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes & areas we looked at in Marin and Sonoma Counties. She was adept at explaining everything and checked in with us to make sure we kept up with deadlines, thank goodness!! Anneliese also gave us names of landscapers, cleaners, unpackers, handy persons, etc. We highly recommend.

She is simply the best! We can honestly say that Annaliese went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful for her support and guidance. Our journey with Annaliese spanned over three years, during which time we had two kids and went through a lot of changes. But no matter what, Annaliese remained patient, understanding, and always positive, working tirelessly to find homes that matched our vision. She listened to our needs, understood our priorities, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Annaliese is the VERY BEST realtor, she is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and her expertise ensured my purchase of my new home went smoothly She has patience and explained every aspect of the process - I highly recommend Annaliese, plus she has a wide network of excellent professionals to help with the transition.
