I was referred to Brenda by a friend of hers from the mortgage firm I used. I thought she might not be interested in helping me because I was on such a low budget, but she treated me like a friend as well as a client. We scheduled viewings and she was always on time. She gave me her honest input on the homes we looked at. She proved to be a tough negotiator and really went to bat for me. I sincerely recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home. She was fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable.
