Nicholas has been AMAZING! He is a great listener and really heard what our desire was for a new home. He made our transition from FL to TX a smooth one. He showed us homes that fit all the criteria we asked for and identified the right neighborhood for us! It was a true pleasure working with him!

Nick was great from the beginning. Since we were looking to buy a lake house, he was always ready for road trips. He helped us find the exact house we were looking for and was great at negotiating the price for us. Overall, buying this house was a great experience!!

Nick is super knowledgeable of the industry and all of the DFW neighborhoods. He's patient, kind, and always on time/quick to respond. He kept me updated on everything that was happening with my home sale before I ever had to ask. He asked me what I was comfortable with in terms of pricing/concessions and gave expert advice on what to expect from negotiations, which he absolutely nailed. If you're looking for a realtor, Nick's your guy. :-)

Nicholas called me after I requested information on a property. Instead of calling to just tell me the property was no longer available, he immediately sent me other available options. Relocating from out of state is stressful enough, but he took the time to show us numerous properties and always made us feel like we were his only clients. Nicholas exceeded expectations and we can't wait to work with him again in the future! 10's across the board!
