I have experience buying homes across the globe and working with real estate agents, Kelly Boulton stands head and shoulders above most. With 20+ years of experience in Dallas, Texas, Kelly is the consummate professional; her breadth and depth of knowledge is admirable and she puts it work for her clients; in fact, she's governed by being of service to her clients. She shows up to every viewing with her computer and area comps to conduct an analysis that assesses the value of the home. She viewed countless homes and areas in Dallas with us to help narrow down where we wanted to live. And with low housing inventory and high interest rates, it was challenging to find just what we wanted, but Kelly would not allow us to settle or buy a house that would be hard to resell. She was never pushy and always gave her informed opinion when asked. We're new to Dallas and she helped us find our dream home and held our hand through the entire process. Plus, she helped connect us with local contractors and consultants, etc. There are Real Estate agents and then there are Real Estate agents, Kelly Boulton is the latter! Kelly helped us get into our beautiful home in Dallas. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to move in the DFW area. She has been in Dallas for a long time and has been practicing real estate here for many years. That being said, she knows the area and can give great recommendations. She also is a true progressional, working with tight deadlines, negotiating on our behalf, getting contractors in the home to give quotes during our inspection period. Because she has been in Dallas for a while she has great connections/recommendations for inspectors, contractors, lenders and other services that you may need for your home. My husband and I work all week but she was always able to make time for us whether it was squeezing in a showing after work or making time on the weekend. She is there for you during and after the home buying process and is overall just a nice person to work with.

I was a first-time home seller and Kelly Boulton was absolutely phenominal throughout the entire process! Kelly and her team (Jenny Badique) did an outstanding job of always keeping me updated at all times. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful process with the amount of paperwork, inspections, financial implications, etc. But when your agents are completely transparent while always looking out for your best interest, it significantly reduces the tension. That is what you'll get, and more, if you decide to make the obvious choice and use Kelly Boulton as your next real estate agent. Even while on vacation on another continent Kelly made sure to keep in contact with me almost daily to ensure everything was ready for closing. Since all the disclosures were prepared well ahead of time for my review, the process to close was seamless. Kelly and Team Boulton go above and beyond to represent your best interest and ensure you receive the best deal possible. As a 20-year Air Force veteran I couldn't be happier with my decision to make Kelly Boulton my real estate agent. Kelly was very professional and came prepared with a lot of local market knowledge. When it came to negotiating, she always felt like she had our best interest top of mind. She even had a crew out for touch ups within days to get the house ready for shows!

Kelly and her team were awesome to work with on the sale of our home. They kept us informed at each step of the process and always responded quickly to questions or concerns. Kelly is very knowledgeable about the housing market and walked us through the analysis of pricing and advised on response to offers. We would definitely work with Kelly again.
