Life got away from me so this review is late but well deserved. Arsalon sold our rental house in 2020 and our primary house in 2021. He was excellent in handling both transactions and both transactions went smoothly. Professional pictures, staging were included for both houses, and matterport was included for our main home. During the sale of our main home, my family moved out of state. Then our whole family got sick of Covid with my husband getting the worse of it. He was admitted to the hospital and was near deaths door. After discussing with my husband, my husband wanted to proceed with the sale even if God decides to take him. By God's mercy, my husband is still with us today. Arsalon handled the sale of our main home effectively, offering advice and suggestions to me on how to proceed with sale, lined up a mobile notary, informed me of potential issues that came up with 1 or 2 of the 12 offers we received within the 1st week, negotiated a higher sale price than what was offered by the buyer, etc..And this was all happening while I was sick having trouble breathing, taking care of 3 sick kids, and worried that my husband may possibly die. If it was not for Arsalon's professionalism, expertise, knowledge, advice, etc...I don't know how I could have dealt with the sale. He handled everything on the sale side and our house closed in 30 days. I 100% recommend him to all that are looking for a realtor.

Arsalon is super hardworking, calm, committed to getting the best deal, and closing that property for you. Highly recommend!! I'm a real estate investor, too, and Arsalon is very investor-friendly. He and his team check properties to meet my criteria. Throughout the process, he communicates well with lenders, sellers, and underwriter to get the property at the best deal. Before my closed property, he and I worked on another property that didn't go through, and Arsalon helped me exit that deal gracefully. He and his team take great detail to thoroughly inspect the property so that I understand what I'm buying. Definitely is my To-go Real Estate Agent in Sacramento and areas around it. Highly recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience working with Arsalon in selling our home. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. Compared to another realtor, his market analysis that he prepared was more thorough and provided a better understanding for the current market which I appreciated. He also assisted in managing the required home repairs prior to listing. Overall, I found Arsalon responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our house sold very quickly and above the asking price demonstrating that it was priced right. Arsalon was a very thorough realtor and a pleasure to work with. We used him for the sale of our home. He was very efficient and positive throughout the sale process. He was very quick to respond to questions via phone, text, or email with straight forward answers to questions. He was easy to work with and gave many recommendations to us until the sale was complete.
