We are first time homebuyers and were very intimidated at the prospect of buying a home. From the first time we met Jose, it was clear that we were in good hands. Through every step of the process he was clear in his communications, exceptionally helpful, patient, professional, and our total advocate. He answered all of our questions quickly and concisely, including those late night “sorry to bug you” questions that came up out of that first time home buyer anxiety! He advocated for us heavily in the negotiations, and kept everything 100% above board and professional. A great blend of professional yet personable and accessible. Truly was a pleasure working with him from the first home tour to the closing signatures. Highly HIGHLY recommend him as a realtor. Thanks Jose, you’re the best!!

Buying our first home was a big step, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Nick. He did an awesome job from start to finish—super knowledgeable, patient, and always guiding us in the right direction. It was clear he really knows what he’s doing, and we always felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Nick did an amazing job! He was always available to take our calls or responded very quickly via text. Anytime we had any questions he almost always gave us a knowledgeable answer. If he didn’t have an answer he would look into it and get back to us. He worked very hard on making sure we had the opportunity to look at as many homes as possible. Great to work with overall, highly recommend!

Jose was so wonderful! I started looking (a year+) before I knew what I actually qualified for, but that didn't matter to him, he was still there to answer any questions I had. He didn't try to persuade or push me in any way, and then when it was time he helped me get the process started and was there every step of the way. Even after the purchase, he was still willing to help with questions I had. I would highly recommend Jose and his team when searching/buying a home!

Nick is fantastic to work with!! He’s always so quick to answer any and all questions! He is so helpful in helping us fine exactly what we want! I’ve now bought two homes from Nick and I’m so grateful to him!
