Austin and his office team made our selling experience a smooth and pleasant experience. Any questions or concerns that arose, Austin addressed quickly and efficiently. Austin and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. The communication was consistent, open, and tailored specifically to suit my needs. I was having landscaping done and was out of town and they drove by several times and sent me updates on the progress without me ever having to ask. They made sure that every decision I made was informed and that all of my questions were answered. Austin compiled a great list of comparable properties for me to review before we ever talked about a list price. He also offered to walk me through the current market environment since things were changing drastically with interest rates and a lot of people trying to sell while the market was hot. Everyone I worked with was very kind and it made what would normally be a stressful process into a very smooth and easy one. I can't recommend them enough!

I have done nine real estate transactions with Austin in 2020 and 2021. I am in California and I have relied on him to represent me... and he has gone above and beyond in every transaction. In seven of those escrows he had the experience and knowledge to add to the offer specific terms and conditions, that later would protect us from an agent of the seller who was changing the terms and conditions monthly and threating to sell them to another buyer, even though they were under contract. The specific language he used and the terms he included in the offer cemented the deal and the attorneys who got involved praised us for adding that specific language - and the problem went away. In the other two transaction's - Austin going above and beyond again, noticed while the utilities and roads were being installed in the development a lot of rock was accumulating on the pads we were purchasing, and with further investigation we determined that the rock was from the utility trenches and in the future would cause a financial burden on us to midgait, when time to dig the basements and footings. He skillfully worked with the land owner and got us two different lots without the rock. Being in California I wasn't there to inspect the properties nor did I have the ability to drive by and see the progress of the development. He would drive by and send me pictures of the progress periodically. During these two years of property purchases, I never felt like Austin was just my relator. He was a good friend who looked out for my interest and had my back. If you want someone who has the knowledge and the skills to represent you skillfully in a real estate transaction and cares enough to go above and beyond. Call Austin.....

Austin and his staff were so friendly to work with. They were always on top of getting things done on time (sometimes early) which was nice for us to know when things on our end needed to be done. He was so personable and relatable. We felt like a priority and never felt forgotten about. Austin and his team answered any and all questions we had the same day, some within minutes! Austin would ask us questions to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. We’ll definitely be giving Austin a call if we ever sell again!
