Jim and his team assisted us with the preparation and sale of a property which was part of an estate. There were many items to handle with regard to the property. Jim and his team went far above any expectations I had for involvement, service and making sure the transaction was successfully completed. I would highly recommend them.

Adam really cares about his clients. He puts their best interest first. Have worked with him twice now and both times he has helped get us out of something tricky. Really appreciated the creativity and willingness to work with us to take care of doing a good and ethical transaction.

We cannot say enough about this fabulous real estate company. Jim and his team were on top of everything. They lifted the burden from us...I would use them again and again and again. Among other fantastic work, they organized and solved some difficult realignments of property boundaries with the surveyor, county and other property owners. Friendly, efficient, trustworthy…have I said enough? Five stars and then some!
