Chris sold my manufactured home almost two years ago. The home was on a foundation but had been moved more than once so buyer's couldn't use conventional financing. Chris used his marketing skills and was able to find a buyer with cash within two weeks. I figured it would be impossible to sell the house, Chris really came through for me I highly recommend Chris and his group if you need to buy or sell real estate.

I am so grateful for Joe and the Chris Schmalz team! I wish I had more houses to buy or sell so I could continue to work with Joe! Not only is he very professional, but he made selling my house fun and painless! He will put your mind at ease if anything during the home buying or selling process becomes scary. No matter what time, day or night, he always answered my questions. He is also a very funny and good guy, you will feel like you’re working with a good friend rather than just a real estate agent. Joe Kohler is very helpful and actively works to find you a home that is a great fit. I don’t think we would have found our new home without all his help. We really appreciate all of his help and we would definitely recommend him.
