Bryce helped us sell an investment property and knocked it out of the park. It’s not always easy selling a home while tenants are still living there but he helped us get it done and keep things as smooth as possible. Would definitely work with Bryce again and highly recommend him!

Bryce was phenomenal with helping me find my perfect home! It took about 6 months of combing through 60-80 houses within 20 miles. He would pretty much stop what was doing and would show me various homes when I was looking on my days off. He would email and text me new listings. Bryce gave me so much info on what to look for when shopping for a house. I highly recommend him to help you look for you next or first home.

Bryce Belnap very instrumental in our experience moving states. He was very easy to communicate with, and was amazing at staying connected with both us and our selling agent to insure that our move was as seamless as possible. He was very helpful with getting us connected with the necessary company’s for gas and electricity set up. After the purchase of our new home Bryce continued to stay in touch with us making sure we were settling in to our new home and state as smoothly as possible.

Susannah did a great job for us. She was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She used her connections and expertise to help sell our house. Moving is stressful but she helped make the process as smooth as possible. She took time to walk us through the process and we always felt well informed. Susannah was always candid and provided the 3rd party perspective that helped us set proper expectations and navigate issues that can be emotional in a property exchange.
