Amanda is a true pro when it comes to Herndon and Reston real estate. She is a mom, and she knows a lot about the local schools, safe neighborhoods and things to do in the area. If you're looking at Herndon and Reston - she is your best guide and agent. She is also super responsive, open minded and knowledgeable about other NOVA areas, we just ended up at Oak Hill thanks to her, and we couldn't have been happier.

Amanda came in at the perfect time! She was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. She was honest, friendly, and put my needs first. During our first trip to open houses, she genuinely listened to my comments on each listing and was able to talk through my expectations and goals. As a new homebuyer she made the entire process easy and educational. I felt like I was her only client! She is the best and I highly recommend her.

I have had a few realtors over the years helping me to purchase a new home, however they all failed at getting me into the house of my dreams, because they didn't understand the market and how to write a clean offer. After several failed attempts with other realtors I was referred to Amanda and she was unlike other realtors, Amanda goes above and beyond. She will find you houses that aren't listed and contact the seller directly which helps you find the home of your dreams if you know your neighborhood. Now I am sitting in my new beautiful home that recently closed, because Amanda helped close the deal. The seller's realtor's loved working with her, and she went above and beyond for me the buyer.

We worked with Amanda from Haven Homes and the entire experience was excellent! She acted quick to set up viewings and helped us every step of the way. Any questions we had for viewings or to owners/other realtors, she would engage what seemed to us as instantly. We just received the keys for our next home and we couldn’t be happier! Amanda was excellent! When I say this I mean for every step of the journey she was with me. Not only did she provide valuable insight into the whole process, she also fielded all of my questions even at odd hours. To be fair the only reason why I was able to get my house was due to her knowledge, connections, and experience. We only needed to make one offer and we got the house on the first try. In this market I am sure that without her guidance the house hunt would have gone for a lot longer and I wouldn’t have ended in the area that I wanted to be in. I highly recommend Amanda! She goes the distance and can make magic happen!
