Chris was amazing with helping my wife and I purchase our first home. Very responsive and knowledgeable! When it came to writing an offer he knew how to work with the listing agent and helped make a compelling offer to the seller. We had all our deadlines laid out as soon as the offer was accepted giving us a great roadmap to closing day.

Working with Chris is the best decision I’ve ever made! He’s one of the most knowledgeable and easiest realtors I’ve ever worked with! Personality is a on point and makes home buying / selling a breeze! His knowledge of each neighborhood and recommendations are top notch. He has shown me a ton of houses and was able to steer me in the right direction on my investment portfolio. He does it all.

I recently listed and sold my home in Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, VA with Chris as my realtor. He came out and looked at the property and advised me on any work I needed to do to get the house ready to list and we discussed a list price based upon comps he'd pulled. When I was ready to list the house Chris and his team had already done all the preliminary work with me so basically all I needed to do at listing time was to provide a key for the lockbox. The house sold within a week of listing and above the list price. My closing was scheduled at a time and location that was convenient for me. The entire experience with Chris and his team was seamless and much appreciated by me. I definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell property and I plan on using him for my future real estate needs. He did a superb job!
