I have just sold my property and Alma was my realtor . The whole process was much easier than I have thought before hiring an agent . Alma and her daughter Teresa gave me some tips and ideas before listing. Very first day I've had 2 full price offers on the table. Everything went smooth from beginning. I will definitely use their professional services and skills again and would recommend them to anyone who is selling or buying property. All I can say, I've had very pleasant experience selling my property.

Alma is amazing. Very kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She was able to sell my moms home speedfast! She gave great suggestions throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her!

Alma is a delight to work with. She knows how to market your house. She uses great photographers and gives excellent advice on what to do to get the most return on your home. She was so helpful and patient with us when it came to explaining how the process of selling a home works. I sold a home some years back with a realtor from one of those "popular realtor firms" and the experience my husband and I had with Alma was like night and day from the beginning. Go with Alma! You wont be disappointed.

Its a shame I can only give her 5 stars! My wife and I were 1st time homebuyers and to be honest we didnt even know what we wanted. We first met her to view a listing over 2 years ago. We continued searching houses rather fervently and Alma constantly kept us in the loop on houses that fit what our vision was at that time. After a while we suspended our house search as other things had come up. Alma still kept in contact and about 4 months ago sent us a house that re sparked our interest and we resumed our search the second house we viewed was "the one"! We had a terrible time with our 1st choice for lender but Alma remained helpful through the process and we finally closed on our first house. I cant recommend her enough times!
