We purchased a home with Alex while living out of state. He made the process extremely easy and seamless! Due to the hot market, and needing a contingency while selling our current home, we didn't have much purchasing leverage, but Alex fought for every dollar. Highly recommend!

The most smoothest house sale ever! He was very responsive to emails/text/calls and always kept me updated on what's going on. Also threw in a personal favor to help close the deal. Cant get that type of service anywhere! Hands down best service when dealing with a major decision like this. Much appreciated and will keep him in mind when I purchase or sell another home!
