Just wanted to thank the whole Penrose team! Really a first class operation…after months of our house sitting on the market with hardly any viewings we turned to the Penrose team…their strategy instantly increased showings and we received a reasonable offer in a fairly short time in a very difficult market…so happy we turned to their team…honestly my biggest regret was not turning to them sooner.

Jason and Keegan did a wonderful job helping me sell my house. It sold in 5 days! Keegan was in constant communication with me. The buyer was very demanding, but Keegan’s expertise and her negotiation skills helped seal the deal.

I recently had a house in Surprise, AZ listed for sale/lease. When you hire a realtor, you sign an exclusive contract with them as the selling agent. If you don’t sell the house, the contract expires and the expiration plus your personal contact info becomes public to all realtors in the area. My house did not sell because I ended up leasing it for 2 years. The sale contract expired on 8/31/25, and beginning 9/1/25 I have literally gotten 100’s of calls, emails, letters and texts on a daily basis from realtors wanting the listing for themselves. They all claim they can sell the house as they are more efficient, better realtors. None of them have bothered to find out that the house has been rented. I do not reply to any of the spam communications, however, many of the realtors continue to hound me on a daily basis. Some have even contacted my two sons who have nothing to do with this property. I have received BOTH emails and phone calls from the Jason Penrose group every single day since the contract expired. Is this the kind of annoying behavior you want in your realtor? If you do not receive a response to your spam emails/phone calls you should realize the seller is not interested in your service!! STOP BEING SO ANNOYING. Both my realtor (yes she will continue to be my realtor when I decide to sell later) and I have complained to the Arizona Department of Real Estate and they informed me that there is nothing that can be done to stop this practice. The only thing I could do is file a complaint on each individual realtor. I submitted this review on yelp and Jason responded "we’ve reviewed our records and can confirm you’ve never worked with our team, nor have we contacted you since your listing expired. It sounds like you’re receiving calls from other agents, but they are not from us. We take professionalism seriously and do not engage in this type of behavior". I took a screen shot of my emails from him that includes the latest email sent today
