Worked with Jason initially and then with Dru. Dru handled everything in an excellent manor. The house sold very quickly at a top price. The only thing that we think could have been better was to meet Dru in person. Person to person contact would have been nice.

Jason Penrose has a powerhouse personality. He definitely knows how to explain the market we are in today and there was no doubt he would be the realtor best suited for me. He appointed Shannon to work with me throughout my selling process. Let me tell you…Shannon not only knows real estate, how to get the most for her client. She kept me informed step by step. Okay…I have to say this about Shannon…she entered me into the MLS site and 4 hours later I had two offers one with a contract, pre approval, and earnest money ready for me to review! Speechless, in awe of how this team worked for me. Shannon is the best!! Thank you! I would recommend this team to everyone- they know real estate!
