Michael and Maricruz made the selling process smooth and less stressful. They were in constant communication and really advocated for us. They gave us great information while also working to meet our needs. In addition,this our 2nd time working with them as they also helped us buy our home in 2018. Their extensive knowledge of the area and current market guided me seamlessly through the entire process, from home showings and negotiations to the final purchase. They maintained superb and consistent communication throughout, and their attention to detail and expertise were evident from our initial offer to the closing of the home. Maricruz was amazing! She did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our first home. Her expertise of the housing market, geographic info and area knowledge, and her patience when dealing with my husband’s multiple crime statistics and reports is commendable. She was very involved in all aspects of the homebuying process for us as first-time homebuyers and the new build process. Her relationship with the builder and inspector really helped ease the process along. She was always available when I called or texted with any and all questions, from the small quick question to the more involved ones, and if a problem arose, she was by my side helping me navigate it smoothly. She went above and beyond checking on our new build, sending photos and being available for whenever I needed her. She gave great advise and pep talks when I was stressed this process, and our dream of homeownership wouldn’t happen. I can’t thank her enough and recommend her and her team enough in helping another in their homebuying journey!
