My recent experience with Maricruz and Michael Martinez from exp Realty was outstanding. The sale price of the property sold exceeded my expectations and a recently performed appraisal. Maricruz and Michael took immediate action, a process which I thought would take a least several months was completed in less than 5 weeks. The sale price and time is a testament to Maricruz and Michael's knowledge of the real-estate market. The process was also easy because of the excellent communication. Communication was done electronically and personally by phone throughout the process. I highly recommend Maricruz and Michael when buying or selling real estate.

I have recently had to sell my deceased ex-husband's condo. I was totally unfamiliar with the rules & regulations governing such a transaction, so I was the proverbial "babe in the woods". thank goodness I was directed to Michael and Maricruz who made the process very easy. You can tell they really do enjoy working together and that makes all the difference. Of course, we had complications, inheritance issues, repairs for the of the property as well as establishing sales price. I was so pleased with their work that I plan to name them in my will to help my heirs sell my home. Thank you so much!
