Their extensive knowledge of the area and current market guided me seamlessly through the entire process, from home showings and negotiations to the final purchase. They maintained superb and consistent communication throughout, and their attention to detail and expertise were evident from our initial offer to the closing of the home. Maricruz was amazing! She did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our first home. Her expertise of the housing market, geographic info and area knowledge, and her patience when dealing with my husband’s multiple crime statistics and reports is commendable. She was very involved in all aspects of the homebuying process for us as first-time homebuyers and the new build process. Her relationship with the builder and inspector really helped ease the process along. She was always available when I called or texted with any and all questions, from the small quick question to the more involved ones, and if a problem arose, she was by my side helping me navigate it smoothly. She went above and beyond checking on our new build, sending photos and being available for whenever I needed her. She gave great advise and pep talks when I was stressed this process, and our dream of homeownership wouldn’t happen. I can’t thank her enough and recommend her and her team enough in helping another in their homebuying journey!

Maricruz Martinez is #1 Realtor this was my 1st Purchase of Home from day 1 her Communications and Response was Quick and providing Professional Experience in Market and my Budget range etc once we found Home Her Negotiations with Title company and other Sources were always on Point never left me wondering she is very Knowledgeable in Market and always willing to Jump into action at notice I highly recommend if you ever need a Specialist in this Market

When working with Michael and Maricruz Martinez, I had a 1st class experience. They were the leaders of my Mortgage Team and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. As a 1st time buyer, there was a lot to digest and adapt but my realtors were extremely attentive. Martinez Real Estate Partners were always there to guide, support and answers questions. They did a good job giving my family and I, relevant perspective during the negotiation period as well as throughout showing their superb negotiation expertise. I appreciate their knowledge and experience of the market, constant communication and responsiveness. Again, this is a lengthy process where there is a lot of time invested and they were always there we needed them. There are so many kudos I can call out about my wonderful experience and journey since 2023 with Martinez Real Estate Partners, but the best phrase is "They made me feel like family".
