Her and her team will fight for what you want and make sure you get what you want! You will never have a problem with their communication! I have bought and sold five homes in the past. This Realestate agency was the best I've worked with. They work as a Team. This was a very difficult time to sell due to interest rates and the uncertainty of the economy. Lori Duncan was the listing Agent, she promised if you give me a chance we will get your house sold and she and her team delivered. She helped me with staging and the photos were amazing. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I Highly recommend this team.

We have worked with Monique and her team on a previous home purchase and are so glad we selected them for our recent sale. When we went to sell our home it was a very challenging time in the market. Additionally, our move was further complicated because it involved a corporate relocation. Monique and her team handled our complicated sale extremely professionally as they walked us through every step of the process. The photos and marketing Monique's team did helped us sell in record time at full list price! After we went under contract, Monique's team followed up with us consistently until we closed. I am happy to recommend Monique and her team and look forward to working with them again if we return to Arizona.

Heidi was recommended to us by a friend and we’re so glad we chose her to be our realtor. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all the ins and outs of the process, but luckily she specializes in first time home buying. She answered any and all questions and we felt truly supported the entire time! She was always proactive and went above and beyond in her negotiations. She gave us the realistic advice we needed it and knew when to keep pushing sellers vs when to concede. Not to mention she has great relationships with lenders and service providers (AC, roof etc). Monique got my house sold quickly, her team fulfilled all their promises and we lost less money than we thought we would at close of sale. In this current sellers market it was a win. I highly recommend Monique and her team. They are the best of the best!
