When we decided to sell our house, we interviewed several Realtors. Alex was our choice. He was the only one who wanted to walk the entire property. I believe that he was the most honest and trustworthy and, he told us what we needed to hear. He re-measured house and found more than 100 more square feet. There was a point when I thought we weren’t going to sell the house but he stayed with the process and we did sell. We really enjoyed working with Alex and I highly recommend him.

Alex is truly the best of the best. We were first time home buyers and what we thought would be an incredibly daunting, confusing, laborious process was so easy, seamless, and manageable thanks to Alex. He introduced us to an incredible lender, spent countless hours walking us through the entire process (including writing a comprehensive summary of the disclosure docs of the house and walking us through every single item), went above and beyond by going to the town hall to sort out the home's permit documents, and made himself available around the clock for any questions we threw his way. Alex grew up in Marin and knows each neighborhood deeply and also has a contact for everything you could need when purchasing a home. I cannot recommend Alex more, especially for prospective buyers in Marin.

Alex Narodny with Alamere Real Estate was such a pleasure to work with. We were not sure if we wanted to move or renovate our home, Alex took us on countless tours over 6 months, and never pressured us to buy. When we found a house that we fell in love with he coached us through bidding, convinced us to lower our asking price in a multiple bidder situation, and we won! When we were ready to sell our other house he suggested upgrades that made the property really shine on market. We ended up in contract after 5 days on market, and received a price significantly above ask and well over what we hoped for. Alex is our guy for all future real estate transactions!

As first time homebuyers, we were very lucky to find Ellie. We probably spent 8-10 months looking for the perfect place with her. We had a decent number of "must haves" and Ellie was so helpful (and patient) throughout the whole process. She always did her best to work with our schedules, find listings that met our needs, and guide us through all the small and large decisions that come with buying a home. She is extremely knowledgable and had an answer for everything. Maybe our favorite trait about Ellie is that she never comes off as pushy, which is not an easy trait to find in an agent. We really appreciate this about her because buying a condo was the biggest purchase of our lives, and it's already hard enough to think objectively in the home buying process. In the end, we found a place we love that checks our most important boxes––and we got it for a deal. I would recommend Ellie to anyone looking to buy in SF or Marin––first-time homebuyer or not!
