Cristina is a wonderful real estate agent! We first met her about 7 years ago when she was our Buyer's Agent. We loved working with her, so called when when we needed to sell a different house this year. She understood our tight timeline, and pulled together a great group of professionals to do an appropriate amount of "sprucing up" and staging. She guided the process, marketed the house well and got it sold for a great price, all the while maintaining her signature smile and charm.

Cristina was very helpful with the difficult process of selling our late father's home. She helped with the whole undertaking of emptying, cleaning and prepping the house for a quick and easy sale. Cristina did an outstanding job on purchasing my Condo in Novato. She was very patient and caring about my needs and did everything she could so I can become a homeowner. And after more than six months viewing and working, finally became a homeowner with her help. I would recommend Cristina to anyone who wants to purchase a new home. Alex helped us navigate the most unsettled and challenging buyers' markets in decades. Alex was unflappable as increasing interest rates augmented our budget and purchase price ceiling, orienting us appropriately to the Marin market from the East Bay to take advantage of opportunities that met all of our needs and many of our wants. Alex was patient as this process originally slated to take a quarter or two ran over one year and we pivoted several times with respect to geographical areas of focus. Alex was very responsive and we never felt like we were put on the back burner for other, larger clients that Alex and Alamere routinely serve. When there was a conflict (Alex showing for a sell-side client), we were always taken care of by another member of the Alamere Team. Alex was proactive in identifying opportunities and his suggestions were generally well-calibrated to our tastes and needs (missed marks were dude to our instructions to be over-inclusive given dearth of Marin inventory, particularly given the market conditions we contended with). Alex's strategies and negotiations skills resulted in our being successful bidders the weekend our home was being shown, with the buyers cancelling the second opn house only hours before it was set to occur. Had we not followed Alex's advice, we likely would have lost our new home or had to pay significantly more in an auction process. I always felt confident in following Alex's lead and, even with respect to the bids we lost, his advice and explanation of dynamics was always accurate. Alex took care of us after the sale, from arranging contractors to prep for move in to getting us plugged into the Marin motion of shops, restaurants and things to do to letting us borrow his key box for a trip. There were small hiccups with one contractor that was avoidable, but mostly out of Alex's hands since he is not a GC and he expended great efforts to make it right). All in all, you can do no better than to have Alex and his team deftly guide you to your new home. Thank you, Alex!

Alex was such a incredible real estate agent to work with and I could not express enough how grateful we were to have him as our agent. We began this process of searching for a home with such little knowledge and when we expressed to Alex upon our first meeting our timeline he did not hesitate to put in the work to get us prepared. Alex walked us through every step from just poking around and looking to being ready and confident in putting in offers and ultimately nabbing our first home. He never pressured us and when we were unsure or weary he really listened to our feelings and concerns and gave us his honest advice even if that meant not making the sale. He always kept us in the know and would check in regularly with potential options that fit our wants/needs. Most importantly was how he made us feel like we were a team and not just potential clients. His knowledge of the Marin area was such a asset to have as he helped guide and educate us on what were points to think about when viewing homes. Most importantly was Alex's communication with us throughout the several months we worked together. He always made time for us and was always open to hearing us and answering any questions we had. Alex has been honest, gracious, knowledgeable, communicative, educational and ultimately the best resource in getting us to be home owners in our dream location. The home we ended up purchasing wasn't even on the market yet and through Alex's connections and resources he was able to get us a viewing and supported and encouraged us when we decided lets do this! He was honest and spot on with the price we submitted and we had to do no negotiating and got the house for under asking. Without him I can truly say we would not be homeowners of the gem that we now own. I would not hesitate at all on working with Alex again in the future.
