As first time homebuyers, we were very lucky to find Ellie. We probably spent 8-10 months looking for the perfect place with her. We had a decent number of "must haves" and Ellie was so helpful (and patient) throughout the whole process. She always did her best to work with our schedules, find listings that met our needs, and guide us through all the small and large decisions that come with buying a home. She is extremely knowledgable and had an answer for everything. Maybe our favorite trait about Ellie is that she never comes off as pushy, which is not an easy trait to find in an agent. We really appreciate this about her because buying a condo was the biggest purchase of our lives, and it's already hard enough to think objectively in the home buying process. In the end, we found a place we love that checks our most important boxes––and we got it for a deal. I would recommend Ellie to anyone looking to buy in SF or Marin––first-time homebuyer or not!

Alex was awesome to work with! Our home search lasted about three months, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, always available, and insanely responsive—I don’t think he ever takes a day off. We started looking in Marin but later switched to San Francisco, and he adjusted without missing a beat, giving us great advice on both markets. Cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough. Our house search spanned 14 months and several different towns with multiple stops and starts (all our doing). Throughout it all, Alex was responsive, extremely knowledgeable and understanding, giving us just the right balance of support and space for us to figure it out! He was proactive in providing off-market looks and always ready to tour on a moment’s notice. Great experience working with Alex both buying and selling. Responsiveness was immaculate, and I could tell Alex really cared about getting me the best offer possible for the sell and in to the best possible house for the buy. In the beginning of the buying process I was looking at a few houses; two I liked and one I wasn't too impressed by, just based on photos. I planned on going to see the two I like better, but Alex recommended I look at the third house as well. We fell in love with it the moment we walked in, and we wouldn't be here if it weren't for Alex!
