Denise Montalvo was very understanding throughout the entire process. She was very prompt to answer any e-mails and phone calls, no matter how trivial. I was looking for some rather specific criteria that would be hard to check all the boxes. No house is perfect, but her guidance and understanding were immeasurably appreciated during the process. She is not a 'pushy' realtor and I felt no pressure to make an offer on a house that I was not comfortable with. Denise is well regarded by her peers and this made the 'negotiating' period productive. I will always appreciate her easy going manner and no pressure approach to buying a home.

Denise is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure the sale is completed to everyone's satisfaction. Denise represented us for two purchases and one sale in recent years. We are very satisfied to have worked with Denise. She helped us along improvements to the property and our house sold within two weeks of placing it on the market. She is very knowledgeable about the Marin county market we consulted her with almost every improvements we made to the house to increase the value. She also referred us to contractors, painters, carpet installers... You name it. She is so well connected to the community everything went smoothly. We would not hesitate to work with her again.

Denise Montalvo was a terrific agent for us. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, smart and efficient. She was always available for home tours. She and I toured many houses together until we found the one we fell in love with. She was always adamant about having the feeling that “its the one”. My husband and I are absolutely taken by the property we purchased with her guidance and work. She has a lot of knowledge about houses so it was very helpful for us being first time home owners. Denise was very easy to talk to, connect with and she did an amazing job collecting all of the information about the property for inspections, boundary lines and historical documents. She helped us a great deal with negotiations and we are thankful for her! Her kindness, energy, strategic mindset and determination made this home buying process with ease.
