Trying to find a home in the bay area is, as you probably know, NOT easy. We worked with Tobias for several years each spring trying to find the right place for our family in our price range. Nothing was feeling right. He was patient, upfront, responsive, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and extremely helpful. He would even steer us away from things he knew were not right for us.
