Bottom Line: Without Adam’s help—which went far beyond the role of a typical buyer’s agent—I wouldn't be a homeowner today. My home-buying journey was unusually challenging due to unresponsive sellers, misleading listings, and issues with a poor lender. Despite all that, Adam was there every step of the way. He leveraged his network and experience to ensure everything stayed on track and deadlines were met. His online tools and resources are excellent—well-organized, informative, and uniquely tailored. For example, he created a custom search that excluded properties in hurricane zones—something I haven't seen offered by other agents. Adam is exceptionally honest and supportive. Not once during the process did I question whether I could trust him. That kind of confidence is invaluable when making such a significant decision as buying a home. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

Adam was incredibly patient and thorough during the past two years while I have been in and out of the home buying market. He has answers/resources for just about anything, I appreciate the detail in numbers and analytics. I highly recommend Adam if you're looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented realtor.

Adam is a consummate professional. I am so grateful that I connected with him to work with me in buying a new home. Great listener. Always ahead of my needs. Focused on finding me the home I wanted. Excellent negotiator. Very knowledgeable. Has extensive knowledge of ancillary options/businesses that can help anyone get through the process of buying/selling a home. Always pleasant and calm. Obviously I am very pleased to have had Adam as my agent.

Adam got our first offer accepted in a extremely competitive market with his negotiation skills! He always responded within minutes and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Adam Garrett is definitely THE most friendly, knowledgeable, and driven realtor in the Hampton Roads!! He will absolutely go above and beyond to find or sell your house. I had multitudes of questions—questions about taxes, escalating clauses, siding, anything under the sun. Everything you do *not* know, he has a spreadsheet for that! And always makes himself available for phone calls as soon as he is able. If you’re a buyer, He will take into account your preferences for schools, safety, home layout, neighborhood preference, and more. He found us our home despite my husband and I being overseas in Korea. And after we found our house he was always extremely responsive to any questions I had about the house - and would keep working at it until an issue was resolved. Just today, 5 months after we bought our house the heating and gas fireplace weren’t turning on; I notified Adam and he came over right away - with space heaters for us to borrow, warm clothes, and blankets !! And got the fireplace and Gas furnace/heater working! Thanks again, Adam!
