This was my second time buying and selling a home with Julia, and once again she exceeded every expectation. She is fierce, direct, and highly motivated—she gets things done quickly and efficiently. Julia’s honesty and realistic approach make the process far less stressful and much more manageable. She truly is everything I needed in a realtor. Julia is a phenomenal agent. This was our first time to purchase a home. She was very patient with us and explained every step of the process to us. She was very knowledgeable about the area and she will go to bat for you and make sure that you are getting a good deal.

Julia didn't outstanding job with my remodel and did her best to keep costs low and get the appliances in despite backlogs for appliance orders and gets things done always responds to text or calls promptly and helps with all issues of buying and selling have done two properties with her so far
