Carli negotiated a price in the Green Vally area across from Green Valley Ranch. My offer was 1 of 4 and we were still able to buy it for list because of the close relationship Carli had with the selling realtor. I am looking to purchase an investment property and have already contacted Carli whom has aleady sourced number of properties that meet my constraints which are (1) under $200,000k, (2) Section 8 aualifier, and (3) a cap rate of 6%

Lauren is one of a kind. The process with my mom and I was not quick or easy. My mom was relocating from Southern California to the Vegas area as a recent widow and Lauren did not slow down. The process took MONTHS of missed bids, failed inspections and constant ups and downs and she was there for us the entire way even when she had no reason to be.
