Katherine is amazing!! She is extremely professional and driven, hard working and friendly, and not at all pushy. She had many suggestions and ideas for us to check out, which showed how in tune she was to our specific needs. We worked with her suggested lenders, and they were in contact throughout the process to keep everything on time. They were also very thorough and hard working! They all deserve a vacation! Katherine is excellent at guiding people on their choices and in negotiations. She is very fair, calm, and just pleasant to be around! She made me feel like her only client, and I ended up gaining a home and a friend. She goes above and beyond!

Highly Responsive and Supportive I connected with Francesca while exploring a property and really appreciated how quickly she stepped in to help. She was responsive and proactive in reaching out to the seller’s representative, and even shared a brochure I hadn’t been able to find on my own. What stood out most was her willingness to genuinely invest her time and energy to support me and make sure I had what I needed. She made an effort to get me scheduled to see the home as soon as possible, and it was clear she was committed to going the distance throughout the process. Although I ultimately moved forward in a different direction, I still wanted to acknowledge her effort and the positive impression she made. I would absolutely consider working with her in the future.

Katherine did such an amazing job assisting us with the sell of our previous home and buying our new home! Her communication is outstanding!
