We worked with Rick to sell my parents’ home, and we had a great experience working with Rick. My parents are 89 and 93, and I live in Chicago serving as their power of attorney, so this was long-distance as well as local. From start to finish, Rick was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He guided us through every step, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been overwhelming feel manageable. Most importantly, he treated my parents with kindness and respect. Kevin did an outstanding job assisting us with finding a home in Las vegas relocating from Florida. He listened to when our needs and wants were in pinpointed areas that we were interested in and made suggestions in other areas. Upon his suggestion in the southern Highlands area, we fell in love with a home and he negotiated with multiple offers on the table and we won our house.
