Melissa was amazing and I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home in the Las Vegas area! She assisted me over a 6 month period in providing available properties and updates on possible other locations in the area that met my needs and wants. Melissa was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Most of my "real estate shopping" was being done remotely and she did the legwork for me so that when I was able to visit Las Vegas, I could see the ones she felt was a best fit. I traveled twice to see properties in person and on that second trip she took me to a home that checked all the boxes on my needs and wants list! Going through the buying process, Melissa checked in every day, making sure things were going well and offering to help out with anything I needed. When I had questions about the process, she responded immediately with the info I needed and coordinated with the title company and the mortgage company to make sure that the closing (remotely) would go smoothly. Everything went without a hitch!! I cannot give enough kudos about Melissa for her patience and assistance through this whole process. She is a consummate professional, dedicated to making buying or selling a home as easy and fun a process as possible. She is hard-working, savvy, and a joy to work with. Melissa was there for me the whole time and even checked in as soon as I arrived to make sure everything was as expected when I drove up to my new house last week - and she was on vacation! Melissa was referred to me by a personal friend. I was only going to be in Las Vegas for a few days to view properties so preparation and planning were key to a successful search. With her assistance both online and over the phone, we narrowed down the list of houses to view down to six that seemed to fit my needs. Thanks to her abundant knowledge of the area we were able to bypass numerous houses that looked good to me initially, but after Melissa did some due diligence on the area where they were located and other mitigating factors the "good deals" were not quite what I was hoping for and the six that were selected fit my criteria. The six homes we visited had their own upsides that Melissa brought to my attention as well as potential downsides. Many of which I would not have thought of to look for. Her expertise and personal knowledge of the neighborhoods we were looking at made the process flow smoothly and by the end of my visit, the search was done and dusted. Her help in getting all of the items that needed to taken care of as well as some savvy negotiating got a deal done quickly and efficiently, including a referral to a knowledgable mortgage broker. All in all, Melissa went above and beyond to make my home buying experience, efficient and as pleasant as possible.
