Francesca was such a joy to work with through our home buying experience here in North Las Vegas. We actually met Francesca through a cold call for a home we were interested in and she met us at the home very informed, ready with the background information of the home, and engaged in truly finding out what we were looking for in a home. We didn't buy that home, but she helped us coordinate another viewing in which we did make an offer, but after their counter, we opted out and purchased a new build home. Unfortunately, we had already visited the new build sales office before we had met her, so she couldn't represent us. Francesca was very gracious and understanding, even though we were not able to have her represent us. All being said, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and such a personable kind person. If you are looking for a zero-pressure, professional, and dedicated relator, you should definitely reach out to her immediately...

Cindy Mae was extremely responsive and helpful in the whole process. She helped us get into several homes, even arranged a couple of private showings before the home was open. She gave great advice on what information might be pertinent and was able to help us form ideeas of what would be possible versus what would not be possible. She even helped us coordinate everything with the loan company and all of the signing of the documents. She made the entire experience as a first time buyer very friendly.

I met Robert Martin through Zillow. Robert and his team were fantastic! I couldn't have had a better experience. I don't even live in the same state but Robert handled everything for me from paperwork, to requested repairs, to offers, counteroffers, explaining everything along the way. I did not even have to be present, I stayed in my home state. All I had to do was click and sign, could not have been easier. Robert sold my property in two days flat, for more money than I even listed for, and the funds go to me so fast I was shocked. Zero hassles. I didn't realize selling a property could be this easy. Robert took care of every concern I had, simply and quickly. Robert communicates well, extremely responsive. I would gladly use Robert again in full confidence. I wish the realtors in my state were as good as Robert, his full team, and Zillow!
