Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a pretty long list of desirables and she helped us find the perfect home. She was quick to answer ALL of my questions and if she didn’t know she found out. She was friendly and responsive and we absolutely loved working with her.

I chose a realtor to sell my condo … three months and nothing. I brought in Phoenix. From the start she was on the ball and knew what to do. Within 1 week it was ready to list with all new pictures. They weren’t just like the previous pictures which were from an Iphone. These were professional with lighting and bringing up all the great shots from the complex—the pool, the workout facility, etc. It was all part of the package for what she provided as a realtor, including putting in virtual staging. I had never heard of it, but was amazed. It showed what my empty condo could look like fully furnished. And unlike regular staging where they limit what they bring in, this really stood out. I found myself wanting to buy my own condo. Because she’s part of a larger group, my condo was passed along to all the agents and there was actually a showing the day before it even officially went on the market. Phoenix let me know every showing that was taking place and the feedback. In 10 days we had an offer that worked and finished fully closing 21 days after that. Many of us aren’t experts on what goes into selling a property. With Phoenix, I didn’t have to be. And … because this is important too … the commission was very reasonable. The only thing I’ll add is that with any agent do your homework for what you want to sell it for. Look at the comps and figure out what works and what you’re willing to negotiate to come up with for a final sale. Then happy selling, or buying, and I hope you have the same good fortune.

Adam was terrific in helping us find a home. He researched out the area we wanted to purchase in and found houses that fit our criteria. Adam made appointments and was always prompt in being there. He worked well with the other agent in securing our purchase. I would recommend Adam to anyone searching for a home.

I worked with Joe for four months. I found him to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, professional, and always looking out for the best interests of his client. After a lot of back-and-forth with multiple sellers, due diligence, etc. I eventually found the house that I wanted, and I am very happy with my purchase.
