My wife and I were first time home buyers moving to a city that we knew very little about, so we were nervous about the whole process and were really hoping for a very helpful realtor we could trust. Thankfully, Billy was all that and more. From the jump he went out of his way to help us and was patient answering all of our questions no matter how simple they were. He was very responsive and willing to assist us with our unique situation, tailoring his schedule to help us as were only visiting the city for a week to find a house. We highly recommend Billy as your realtor!

Frank was great to work with from start to finish. He was super responsive—always quick to reply—and even did video walk-throughs for us when we couldn’t be in Las Vegas ourselves. He knows the area really well and gave us solid advice that helped us make the right decision. He also negotiated on our behalf and stayed involved all the way through closing, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. We really appreciated having him in our corner. Would definitely work with him again.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Shaun. He loves real estate and it shows in the effort he puts forth. From communication to flexibility and follow through we could not be happier. Without hesitation would work with Shaun again and I prefer him to be my realtor should I look in the area again. Moving across the country is a big ordeal especially to a new area and its important to have someone that knows the area as well as he does and the impact it has on the family. Shaun was great.

45 minutes drive to show property was too long for him. Very unprofessional. He should not be in a list of agents for properties “inconvenient” for him.
