I can’t emphasize enough how good of an experience my wife and I had working with Shaun and the Alt Group as our buyer’s agent. The Alt Group came highly recommended to us through one of our professional networks. As out-of-state buyers, we relied on Shaun to make everything happen for us. He was always available and quick to respond. I know Shaun stays busy and closes a lot of properties, but he truly made us feel like we were his only clients! What I appreciate most about working with Shaun is his professional and dedication to representing my interests. Shaun was able to answer every question I threw at him, but, more importantly, he was always upfront in saying when there were things he couldn’t answer or predict (what-ifs, market-based predictions, etc). He was honest and straightforward in every interaction we had. My journey wasn’t the smoothest due to several document-related hiccups with my lender and title, and some complications due to my buying from out-of-state. Inlay every turn Shaun went out of his way to quickly resolve roadblocks and problems, in many cases without me even knowing. If you’re buying or selling a home in the Las Vegas area, Shaun and the Alt Group will go to bat for you and not stop until the keys are handed over. He was very knowledgeable on and ins and out of the process and has good negotiation skill that enable me to trust and make good decision all through-out the buying process. Shaun was always available when we had questions and made the entire process stress-free, even after the sale is done, you can still reach out for questions and expert advice.

I wanted to share my 5 star review regarding our buying experience with Billy at Alt Group. From the beginning Billy was truly listening to our every need for the house we wanted in the Las Vegas area. Billy, at no time, ever pressured us but instead he was full of knowledge regrading the Las Vegas metropolitan area that he shared with us so my wife and I could make an educated decision on the area and house to purchase. When we found a house that we were interested in, Billy raced over to the location and sent us videos of the property along with his personal thoughts and observations, since we leave out of the area. Once the offer was excepted, Billy and his team continued to keep us informed thorough-out the process. We couldn't have been more pleased with the personal attention Billy and the Alt group provided and would highly recommend using them as your professional realtor!
