Just closed on a house in Summerlin and Jeff was my agent. I cannot conceive of how this potentially stressful and difficult transaction could have been any easier and stress free. Jeff really knows this business and did an extremely good job in explaining the process and helping me navigate through it. He was always able to offer advice in a way that was useful and never pushy. He was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed and I always felt like I was his only client, although I’m sure that was definitely not the case. If I needed a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area again, Jeff is the only one I would consider.

Jeff was recommend by our realtor we have utilized for several years. We were living in California and wanted to buy a home in Las Vegas. Prior to going to look for a home, we were in communication with Jeff via, phone, text and email discussing what we were looking for in a home. Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accessible. Within four short days of house hunting, Jeff found the home that had everything on our check list. Thus was possible due to Jeff's commitment to truly know his clients and what they are looking for in a home. Jeff went above and beyond for me and my husband. He helped us with everything from start to finish while living overseas throughout the entire process. We are glad we went with someone that give us the necessary attention that helped us beyond this just being a sell. Highly recommend to anyone as the customer service was great!

Jeff is a wonderful realtor. Hard working, honest, dedicated, communicative, with a friendly personality. We first met him when we purchased our home in Las Vegas, coming from Minnesota. He was suggested to us by our mortgage company and we gladly stayed with him. We then partnered with him to sell the same house that he helped us purchase. This time we were moving back to MN. He and his team were very easy to deal with during the listing process. They offer a high-end portfolio for your house including professional stills, drone and a 3D walkthrough. Your house gets its own link and updates on the general online sites. The presentation of your house online is top notch. Patience, drive and professionalism - that's what Jeff had to have when helping us sell. We came across so many unforeseen road blocks related to the eventual buyers of the house and Jeff was professional, proactive and dedicated through the process. He's very knowledgable about the market and real estate in Vegas and his experience was instrumental for us. He is very easy to work with and highly dedicated, you will not be disappointed!
