Chris was so helpful and she talked to us about comps in the area and when we did sign she was very helpful with making the recommendations on what we should set for pricing and what she included in the description of the property. She really made the process easy for us and her recommendations were spot on with what the buyers were looking for when we went live with the listing. I whole heartedly would recommend her as your listing agent. If we have the opportunity to work with her again we would definitely work with her again.

Ricardo was integral to the smooth process, and we got a great deal on our house. We're first-time home owners, so everything was new to us, and we were very unfamiliar with a lot of the process.
