As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated working with Ricardo. He always looked out for my best interests by negotiating credits for repairs, getting extensions on due diligence when needed, clarifying details in paperwork, and ensuring inspections were complete. He was easy to reach whenever I had questions and he never pressured me into a decision, so I felt comfortable choosing the right place for me. A couple of purchases fell through along the way for reasons completely outside his control, but he remained focused through each process.
