5/5 Stars – Sahand is the real estate agent every first-time buyer dreams of! We were complete first-time homebuyers and honestly felt a little overwhelmed at the start. From day one, Sahand made the entire process feel approachable, clear, and even enjoyable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the market, but about every step of buying a home: financing options, inspections, negotiations, timelines, you name it. He patiently answered every single question (and we had a lot!), explained things in plain language, and never once made us feel rushed or silly for asking “basic” things. What really stood out was how much he truly cared about finding the right home for us, not just closing a deal. He listened closely to what we wanted, sent us listings that actually matched our needs (not just whatever was available), and was always quick to respond—whether it was 9 a.m. or 9 p.m. During negotiations and escrow, he was a total pro: strategic, calm, and fiercely on our side. Thanks to Sahand, we closed on our first home feeling confident and excited instead of stressed. If you’re buying (especially if it’s your first time), do yourself a favor and work with Sahand—you won’t find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind agent. Gia Taylor has gotta be one of the hardest working agents here in Vegas. She goes to bat for her clients while negotiating fairly as well. Gia is an excellent communicator who understands deadlines, educates her clients and submits clean and fair offers! Did I mention that she actually answers her phone, too?! Ha! Gia is one of the best real estate agents that I’ve had the pleasure of working with here in Las Vegas and overall made the transaction with my seller so easy. Hope to work with you again soon!

I was very impressed by the level of service Brittney provided during the home showing. Communication was excellent, and she made sure I felt informed and confident at every step.
